  My wife and I celebrated our 45th anniversary this year and enjoyed the Condo and Orange Beach very Much, The owners were available if we had questions ..Tha area resturants are great..The Beach being Febuary was still great.. Bob & Becky

  The Condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. A couple of things that was unavoidable im sure kinda messed it up. They were redoing the beach and pumping sand up from the ocean floor and unfortunately only one of our days could we walk out on the beach. Also the Resort complex was repainting and I know it needs to happen but it was a bummer with wett paint on doors etc. We LOVED the condo and the view. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

  I use the above title to get attention. I do not understand how anyone could say anything bad about Paul or this condo. I found him VERY professional to work with. I called other owners at this very same condo, and they either would not return my call or they would not give me a specific price. Paul was very prompt in returning my call and putting everything in writing. The beach view was wonderful!!! The condo was clean. The pier was beautiful at night, and the linens under the bed were clearly marked "do not use..." I would gladly stay here again. My wife and I had a great time on our 19th wedding anniversery. I don't think you could find a better condo, with this type of location for the price charged. P.S. We recommend Doc's and Lartigue's.

  Got in 30 min. ago. had to write...This was the most relaxing stay ever. The condo gets the highest of ratings. Not one negative side. We slept in the comfortable king size bed 1st night. Second night, shut a/c off , made the sleeper sofa bed opened all windows and left balcony door open to hear the waves. Try this the first night you will not sleep in the bed. The Gulf breeze is wonderful. The lights from the pier next door puts off a romantic glow on the water. You need not bring anything from home, the condo has everything you need including a blender for pina colada's . Thinking about telling Paul keep my deposit and applying it to next year's stay. This will indeed be a yearly tradition. Thanks Paul and Melissa.

  This was a wonderful, comfortable Condo to spend a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed all the room, the kitchen with everything we needed. The condo is on the 5th floor, I don't like heights but this was just perfect, to sit and listen to the ocean. I just can't say enough of positive things we enjoyed. The only negative is the elevator is very slow and it was broke one day but the condo owner has nothing to do with this.

  I was looking for a quick cheaper nice condo to take my children to for a long weekend because they were itching for the beach. I emailed many people and Mr Paul was the quickest response. I spoke with him briefly on the phone about everything and he quickly sent me the lease agreement. Everything was EXACTLY as he had stated (which i like). I received everything on time and had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious, the view was spectacular. It was a very quiet condo for those who dont liek alot of people running around. The master suite had a beautiful bed spread that i have already googled and will be finding for myself very soon. :) . Thank you so much Paul and Melissa for making things seamless. We will be back

  Me & my girlfriend Jackie checked in on Dec. 25, 2011 & stayed thru Jan 1st 2012, we enjoyed the condo very much & thought the lighted pier was absolutely beautiful at night, the condo has everthing you need while there & Paul is great to deal with, this place will always be special to us because it's where I proposed to Jackie on New Years Eve, this was our first time staying at Orange Beach & we plan to go back to be married, it's a beautiful beach & we will be married right on the beach!, thanks Paul, we enjoyed your condo very much!, Wayne

  We were looking for a condo for a quick weekend getaway with our 3 year old who had been asking us to take her to the beach for months. When we finally decided on a weekend to go, it was only two weeks prior to the date of arrival. I contacted the owner, and although my reservation was made at the last minute, he was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Transaction was professional and took place very quickly so that I received the keys in plenty of time before leaving home for the condo. Condo was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will try to stay here again on our next visit!

  My husband, two kids, and I came to visit this wonderful condo. I did not have any issues with any of our experience what so ever. First off, I contacted the owner about the condo and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He never gave us any trouble. We decided to stay 4 days and 5 nights. He decided to give us a extra night for free since someone was going to be checking in on that Friday.(thats always a PLUS) When we got there, the presentation of the condo was great, Beachy look and all. You could open any window of the house and see the beach thru all of the windows. I ended up cooking dinner one night and put something in the garbage disposal, and it did not turn on but I did come to find out that the switch is in the cabnet below the sink(NO PROBLEM WITH DISPOSAL). The view of the beach is absolutely amazing! The pier is lit up at night(NOT TOO BRIGHT AS LISTED BELOW) It gives the water a beautiful glow at night to look at. If it were not there you wouldn't be able to see the water with out the BEAUTIFUL peir lights reflecting off of the ocean water. It was PERFECT! I highly recommend staying at this condo. We will be staying again next year for our family trip.

  We enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, we were charged a fee for using linens that were in the condo. It was confusing to us, because we thought linens were included with the rental. We will not be staying in this condo again. The garbage disposal was stopped up and there were a few other things that were not as advertised.

  Owner response: It's true the lady was accessed a charge for using the linen which was designated for the new arrivals after her departure. In this one particular case the linens for the new arrivals were stored under one of the bunk beds in a plastic container with a note attached which read "Do not touch these linens are for the people who will arrive after your departure." As for the garbage disposal they break and this one did. At the time a new disposal was on order and has arrived and is fully operational. Were sorry If the disposal was a inconvience to our guest.
