Cozy home freshly painted and brand new furnished in November 2011.
Located 1.2 miles from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and Cape Coral beach.
You can walk to shops and restaurants. The house has a private screened in lanai with
electric heated pool if you want, hot tub and a gas BBQ Grill.
Also you have a nice private backyard,fenced and sourroundet with Palmtrees.
1 Car Garage and a separate Outside shower as well.
This lovely Poolhome includes,Living Area with Office desk and Florida Room, two bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms.One Bathroom with walk in shower, the Guest Bathroom with tube and shower.
A queen size pull out sofa allows the house to sleep up to 6 people.
Bed linen, towels and washer and dryer, everything you need is available & included.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
For your entertainment, there are 3 LCD-TV´s with broadband cable, DVD-player,Phone and
WLAN Highspeed Internet.
For families with children we can provide a highchair,baby bed,kids bed,car seats,
stroller and beach toys as well.
Two Bikes also available and free to use.
Renting a car while in Cape Coral we also can include GPS/Navigation system at no extra charge.
