  We spent Memorial Day weekend with another couple in this beautiful, modern home. Each of us had our own suite with private bath and a luxuious shower. I was most impressed with the landscaping in the back. It provided a peaceful, totally private setting for the pool and hot tub. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped and even had a Margaritaville blender. The guys enjoyed the Direct TV and speaker system while watching hockey and listening to music by the pool. Highest recommendations for this VRBO!

  KIm,Don and Vergil, We just returned home from our week in Key West yesterday! We had a wonderful trip! This was our 4th time visiting key west and your house provided the best stay to date that we have had in Key West. We really enjoyed using the pool and spa area every day after returning from the beach... The visits from Vergil were a plus! He made being away from our dogs a little easier:) ! The house is gorgeous others are right the pictures do not do it justice! We are already talking about next year! Thanks again , Robin, Joe, Shannon, Steve and Adrienne

  We had a fabulous stay at the key west modern home. The owners have thought of everything. The home is very comfortable with all amenities. The off street parking was gold. The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. The location is perfect. My family and I will most definitely stay here again!!!!!

  I have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experience at the Key West Modern and our dealing with the owners. It has to be one of the best and most advanced houses in Key West. Its location is wonderful and nothing on the property is less than top-notch. I look forward to returning to stay at the Key West Modern and I appreciate the hospitality and kindness of the owners. Five stars, without a doubt.

  We had a great time! Great location, steps from busy Duval St. but very private & quiet. The house is very clean and modern. Great bathrooms, everything is updated and new. You can't get a better hotel for the price! The couple who own the house are great. Highly recommended!

  We returned to this incredible home for New Years and once again were not disappointed. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Key West. It is immaculate and still seems brand new and is within walking distance to everything. I can't think of a single thing that the Wilson's could do to improve this place! Kim and Don are incredible landlords and are willing to help with anything but not obtrusive in the least. This will always be our number one choice when staying in Key West. Thanks Kim, Don and Virgil for another incredible vacation!

  My first visit to Key West was made perfect by staying at Key West Modern. My wife and I and our closest friend spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, modern home in the center of old town Key West. We celebrated my wife's birthday in grand style! Not only was the home all it was advertised (and then some), but the Wilson's were the perfect hosts...very helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. I particularly enjoyed learning to BBQ on the Big Green Egg. I may have to convert to this method of grilling. Their wonderful, smart dog, Virgil, was an added bonus! We looked forward to his visits every day! We fully enjoyed every aspect of this exceptional home, from the comfortable beds to the private back yard oasis including wonderful pool and spa. The Spa was exceptional as we used it every night, to sooth the aches and pains from walking everywhere in Old Town Key West. In summary, We had an absolutely fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking to be in the heart of Key West, while still having a private, luxurious hideaway. Thanks again, Don, Kim and Virgil for a most memorable vacation!

  This house is extraordinary! Perfect location, all the amenities, and private. House is 1 block from Duval Street. Property was well maintained and clean. Owners Kim and Don were wonderful and their dog Virgil was a bonus. Recommended great restaurants--Latitudes and Blue Heaven are a must. Went parasailing and visited Hemingway's estate. Beaches were pristine. Rent a bicycle--best way to cruise the area. Would highly recommend this property and will keep in mind if we decide to return to Key West for a vacation.
