  This was a fabulaous place to stay. We had 5 of us in our group and the place was large enough for us to feel like we were not on top of each other. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area and living room were great for our needs. One of the best things about was the use of the washer dryer and the well equiped kitchen. The place honestly had everything we needed for our stay. Some of the things that made it just like home included, wireless access to internet at no extra charge, a tv, dvd player, some dvd's (although we also brought our own) various items in the kitchen and a hairdryer. We were able to purchase our groceries from a store just down the street and come home and enjoy home cooked meals and quick prepared breakfasts or lunches before heading out for our activities. The apartment is just off of a main street that made using the city transist system very easy. Everything we wanted to access was generally one bus or metro ride away. The owner was so attentive. Even before we stayed there he was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage so that we could travel the city a bit and pick up the rest of our party at the airport. He gave info on the city, transit system and he understood where we would be travelling and gave us through travel options. Maps were provided as were directions to all local conviences. The day we arrived, there was fresh juice and bakery items in the fridge for morning so that we were not starting from scratch. He made sure we understood he was there on the premises should we have any questions or concerns. One night, out of any of our control, we experienced a power outage. Within minutes he was there to ensure we were ok and provided more candles. Our stay was for more than a week. Mid week a cleaning lady came in, cleaned the apartment, changed all linens and towels, although there were ample towels and extra bedding for all of us. Should we ever travel to Athens again or know of anyone that is travelling there we would not hesistate to recommend this apartment. It was clean, well equiped, safe and had a great owner that was helpful.

  * Emmanouil is very helpful and organized. * The house is good enough for 7 - 8 people. It is very well kept, neat and clean. There's a bit of noise from the streets but then it's Athens! * There's a big Carrefour Supermarket at 5 mins. walking distance. The Metro Station, Panormou is about 10 mins. walking. * The place is a little away from city center but the area is safe and accessible from Metro / Bus

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Rating 5 out of 5 AThens Greece rental spacedoc Niskayuna, NY The apartment was spacious and decorated very nicely, The kitchen was adequately stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, tableware, etc. The bathrooms are modern and even with 5 people taking showers in the morning there was plenty of hot water. The baclonies provided good airflow and a real sense of being home in a neighborhood. The owner is very nice and met us when we arrived and provided us with a lot of information about the metro, bus lines and where everything is in the neighborhood, The neighborhood is very nice, we felt safe, great bakeries and markets. The bus line is only a one minute walk, the metro about 7 minute walk. I highly recommend it especially for a larger family or group. Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

  Rating 5 out of 5 Nice stay in Athens Stayed for 2 nights at this nicely decorated 3-bedroom apartment. Not extremely close to the metro but it was a reasonable walk and located in a nice area. Many supermarkets nearby so we got to cook our own meal 1 night. The owner and his brother are both extremely helpful! Very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again :) Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

  About our Experience Kumar All the rooms were maintained very well and looking very nice.I think we got all neccesary things.There are lots of Super Market available near to apartment and we had very good service by property owner. Overall everything nice .
