Our first floor unit is nestled in a nicely wooded development. This ideal location is convenient to everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Short walk to beach! Our newly purchased and renovated Villa in the Treetops/Ocean Breeze complex is just a short walk to the beach, steps away to the pool and on-site tennis courts, 1 block from The Player's Club Fitness Center and Van Der Meer Tennis Center plus only ½ mile to Coligny Plaza’s shoppes and restaurants, you are in the perfect location for a great vacation!
The villa has new wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms, all new furniture through out, flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms plus DVR and DVD players. All new appliances in fully stocked kitchen. New washer/dryer in unit. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler and beach cart!
*During the Fall, Winter and Spring season you are welcome to bring your 'furry child' - Dogs are welcome!
Our unit has a keyless entry. You will be provided with your own key code and do not have to worry about carrying keys.There are 3 pools in the development, and the closest is just steps from our front door. The tennis court is also located within steps from our front door. There are an extensive collection of DVD's, books and games for kids and adults. We have created a personal guide book to help you discover all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Local Amenities:
We are within easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the famous Tiki Bar. It is highly recommended that you arrange for your bicycles prior to arrival in the summer months.They provide weekly drop off and pickup service for your convenience. World class golf is available close by in Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes .
Located only a few blocks south is the South Forest Beach entrance to Sea Pines Plantation where the Heritage Golf Classic is held each April, as well as several professional tennis tournaments throughout the year. The Salty Dog Cafe/store and Harbor Town are also within 5 minutes of driving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay throughout the month of March. The condo's location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants, bike trails and the beach. We spent many hours touring the island on our bikes and loved seeing all the alligators, turtles, and birds. We enjoyed the brand new well equipped kitchen and the screened porch. The condo was perfectly appointed with all the necesities, very comfortable. Plenty of room for the four of us and the location could not have been better. We liked the screened in porch over looking the Pool and the updated kitchen. It was clean and well maintained and would love to come back. This is a very well maintained, sparkling clean, shiny bright delight! I loved the brand new EVERYTHING . It was a pleasure to stay here. The owners have excellent taste in fusrnishings. So many thoughtful appoinments by the owners. Flat Screen TV's, Games, Activities, Beach Toys/Cart , DVD's, Books, Band New Dishes, Baking Ware, oh the list does not end with this villa. Very easy to check in and out. So impressed,and I am a picky traveler :} . Nice pools, tennis, gorgeous walk over to the beach. The back screened in porch was darling,and nice to relax and sip some wine at night . Perfect for mornign coffee. Cannot say enough about the clean, new feeling, fresh as a daisy villa. We loved Tree Tops and the Unit. After a hot day in the sun, coming back to the shade and beautiful quiet of the sub-tropical forest was very nice. Thankfully, when this development was built, as many trees as possible were left in place. Everything is new in the unit as described. The key-less entry is so convenient that I am getting one for my house. The pool was never crowded and very close to the unit, and is also well shaded in palm trees. The owners are very nice, and helpful and replied very quickly to my emails. There is a walkway you can take through Tree Tops to the bike trail south to the beach access. The provided Beach Cart is key, we brought an extra one with us as we had boogie boards etc. We did not bring or rent Bikes because our daughter was too young at the time, but we will for our next visit.Did you find this review helpful?
