Two story 4,000 SF custom home with breathtaking golf course views. Amazing location only 10 miles to downtown with a straight shot right into the city. Best location in Austin that is still close to Downtown and will get you to Circuit of The Americas/Formula 1 in 15-20 minutes!! Home is also conveniently located close to Driftwood wineries and the famous Salt Lick BBQ. Perfect home for F1, ACL, SXSW, Wine Tasting, Family Trips, UT Football games, and the list goes on and on!! The location really doesn't get any better than this!!
The home is nestled under a 150 year old Texas Oak off of a private street right on the golf course. Sip wine on the back porch while you watch the golfers tee off and then stay for a amazing Texas sunset as the porch faces west. Play some badminton on the grass lawn or sit and relax in the hammock with your favorite book. The back patio/porch is a prime spot to relax, gather and entertain. It has a comfortable cushioned couch that seats 4, 2 Adirondack chairs, a large hammock for 2, and additional folding chairs are available if needed.
Entering through the massive front door you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace complete with a wet bar with an additional sitting/reading room attached. Then you will find a game room with a pool table and dart board. Then you enter into a spacious gourmet kitchen and beautifully sunlit nook with a table that seats 6. There is also a side patio with umbrella adjacent to the kitchen that will seat 4 and additional folding chairs are available if needed.
The 1st floor also features the most spacious master bedroom complete with a luxurious King bed, large couch and a 52” flat screen TV/DVD and surround sound. The master bathroom has his and her granite counter top sinks, a claw foot tub, marble shower and a enclosed courtyard where you can sip your morning coffee at the Paris like table for two. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6. There is also a large media room with a 48” flat screen TV/DVD and surround sound and a theater style reclining chairs/sofa. First room is the 'Zen Paradise' room with 1 King bed, a Jack and Jill bathroom with large closet and built in dressers. The second room is the 'Asian Paradise' room with 1 Queen bed and it's own private spa like bathroom also with large closet and built in dressers. The third room is a gym/bedroom. We can sleep another 2 here if needed on a Queen size air mattress. This room connects to the first room via the Jack and Jill Bathroom. However, the bathroom has two separate sinks on each side. This bathroom also features a large marble shower. All bathrooms come with hotel like amenities. (Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Etc.) There is also a community park with playground, baseball diamond, basketball court and soccer field only a 5 minute walk away.
