Sunsplash House is situated on an elevation overlooking beautiful Rock Sound Harbour, on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera. You won’t find a better sunset view anywhere. With 1100 square feet of living space and over 1400 square feet of decks, Sunsplash is uniquely designed so the breathtaking view of the water can be seen from every room in the house.
Sunsplash’s ocean-view designer kitchen is fully equipped, including stainless steel appliances and corian countertops. Sunsplash sleeps 4 with two bedrooms, one with king bed and one with2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and ocean views. The house features a powder room and laundry facilties. Sunsplash’s large ocean-view living room seats 8, and features a 55-inch flat-screen satellite TV.
The large deck can be easily accessed from each bedroom as well as from the great room. Sunsplash also has a lower deck equipped with a gas grill and a hammock. This deck is perfect for entertaining, gathering or simply cooling out. Sunsplash is a short walk from the CoCo Plum Bar & Grill and a short drive from Pascals resturant. You can swim and kayak just across the street. Some of the island’s most beautiful beaches are minutes away by car.
Amenities include satellite TV, WIFI, landline telephone (for all incoming calls and outgoing local calls), full air conditioning, outdoor shower, gas grill and outdoor dining area.

We had a GREAT time! We have traveled to quite a few Caribbean islands by now and this is by far the friendliest people we have ever encountered! Everybody was so nice and helpful and truly HAPPY! We loved the location of this vacation rental being on the south part of the island. We pretty much traveled the length of the island and definitely preferred the southern part which had less tourists and the locals were more engaged and friendly and you just generally felt like you were more part of the true Eleuthera. The house is very nice and Julian (the owner) put a lot of thought into building materials and layout when he designed the house. It is easy to take care of and beautiful sunset views from the numerous windows. It is a very quiet location even though you are so close to the highway. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house with their own bathrooms, so it is very private and quiet. If we return (and we hope we will be able to) we would be happy to rent this place again. All in all we were very happy with our choice of vacation property as it worked out great for us. Julian is a wonderful host! He makes sure that his guests are happy and that all their needs are taken care of. He would call and check in with us at numerous times and we also called him for advise on eating places and fishing spots and anything else we needed help with and he would always be happy to assist us. We would highly recommend this place. The best grocery store on the island is very close and there are also some good restaurants nearby if you rather eat out. The great part with this location being so close to Rock Sound is that you can interact with the locals. My daughter and I went running every morning (she runs cross country and track at the college she's attending) and the locals would be honking and waving from their cars and everybody walking on the street would smile, wave and say something funny to us. It was such a refreshing atmosphere compared to some of the other places we have visited. It was truly a a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for us!Did you find this review helpful?
