  Great Time, Great Value, Great Layout of small space. Enjoyed ourselves the entire stay. Grounds, pools and beach well cared for.

  Nice condo for couple or couple with kids. Great location and great view. Owner was wonderful to work with and very helpful.

  What a wonderful place to escape for a week-end! Location was wonderful for taking in entertainment by foot! Appearance and amenities were very acceptable. Would recommend this as a GREAT ESCAPE from whatever is bothering you..... rest.... relax..... or get out and be busy enjoying the surroundings! You can do whatever........ and be happy!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Had a wonderful time at this Condo. The Condo was clean and comfortable. Had most everything we needed. Would be nice to have a small vaccuum or broom/dust pan to clean up any tracked in sand from the beach. Great location pretty much in the centre of things. Close to restuarants and 5 minutes to broadway at the beach. The pools and lazy river were kept clean and my daughter spent hours in the water. Have a very enjoyable stay.

  we enjoy our stay at the boardwalk , the condo was very clean and the exterieur was very pretty and the guy that take care of it is very organize to make that look nice it smell clean every where we will recommanded and probably come back

  This property in general was nice. The unit was Ok except for the Kitchen, the pots & pans,cutlery & some dishes were not clean, had to go out & get pot cleaner before we cud use the frying pan, previous tenant burnt their food & it was stuck on. The Web page for this property states they do not rent to anyone under 25 yrs old without chaperone, well we had approx. 75 students none of which were 25 yrs old and I only saw one adult with them. For three nights from 9:00 pm til 12 or 1:00 am we listened to thumping, yelling & doors banging. We finally left early and came home.

  We just spent 9 days in Myrtle Beach in Tom's wonderful condo. The condo was very clean and the layout is terrific, great oceanfront balcony. There's plenty of space for everyone. This unit has everything you will need while you are away from home. Centrally located. There's lots of restaurants, (River City Cafe, SoHo, Fudruckers, Bummz, etc) a grocery store, novelty shops, all within walking distance. We've been going to Myrtle Beach for 13 years and we've always stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. This was our first year renting from an owner. I must say that Tom was very patient with me and was very nice to work with. I will definately be staying here again and will recommend this unit to all my friends.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  My bf and I stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend. The condo is exactly how it was described and met all of our expectations. The resort is a short walk down to the Boardwalk/Promenade and Skywheel, so its in a central location. It's also right on the beach. Everything inside was neat and clean. The only reason I give a good not excellent is because some of the dishes were not fully washed so we had to wash them thoroughly before using them. Also, it would have been nice if there was a map or something of the area pointing out the nearest grocery store, liquor store, etc. It took us a few hours to figure those things out so that we could stock up for the weekend. Turns out those places are relatively close. My suggestion to the owner would be to put together a quick list of those type of places in the area and leave it in the condo for future renters. All in all we had a great time. No issues. We would defintely stay there again and recommend this unit to others.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. POOL AND GROUNDS AREA WAS CLEAN AND VERY ACCESABLE.CLOSE TO CONVENTION CENTER AND OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST. GREAT VIEWS OCEAN/BEACH AND STRIP. THIS WAS PERFECT FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE,COULD GET CROWDED WITH MORE. GREAT PLACE ,WILL STAY T5HERE AGAIN.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Thanks Tom for the very clean and nice condo. It was perfect for us and will stay with you again if ever in Myrtle Beach again. The set up is wonderful, with 2 couples, families with teenagers, or 2 families with very small children, having privacy in separate bedrooms. With the kitchen and bath between the 2 rooms, you can have privacy galore. The view from the balcony is wonderful. This is where we spent a lot of mornings and early afternoons. We spent our evenings at the different areas around. The Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and BareFoot Landing.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
