  We've stayed in Destin before, but this was the best place ever. We could unload groceries at the back, no hassles with parking, stairs, or elevators. The beach really was outside the front door; we were just steps from the water. We could see both sunrise to the east and sunset to the west right from our balcony. Owners and management company were both good to work with. We hope to come back soon.

  When this house says "on the beach", it means just that. We have vacationed in Destin now five years in a row, and out of the four years prior, we were on the beach three years. This is the closest we have ever been. My husband was able to yell instructions on how to put the umbrella up on the beach from the master balcony. We were SO comfortable and the bed was SO luxurious we couldn't get up in the morning! Best experience we have had yet and we will definitely be coming back for sure! Thanks for entrusting us with your home.....it is truly Destin's best kept secret!

  We loved Landon by the Sea! It was everything we were looking for. Photos and description are accurate. Both the owner and management company were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend others consider, but not during the week we want to go....since we definitely want to visit again!

  our stay at landon by the sea was great the townhomes are spacious with plenty of room to do what you want. nice open kitchen to make wonderful dinners with the the fresh seafood that is easily availiable just down the street. the beach was right out the back door ,no elevators no crowds it was amazing. we met the new owners and they were more than accomadating to any of our questions or special needs. landon by the sea will be our new vacation spot for years to come.

  We had a great time at "Landon by the Sea!" Our grandson is ready to move to Florida and is convinced that a "beach bum" is an occupation that he could make a great living at. We loved it!

  Wow! Second time here at Landon and we love it! The kids are loving it! The weather has been perfect. It's really good to have my family here all together. It doesn't happen much with everyone together and happy. This place will do that for you. See you next time!

  The weather and the water were beatiful. We always go to Okaloosa Island . We were afraid our trip may get cancelled due to oil so we made a quick trip to Destin. It was great and we did not see one tar ball. We loved being right on the beach.
