Beautifully furnished, five bedroom, four bath home directly on the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters of Miramar Beach in Destin, Florida. This home is immaculate with expensive furnishings, travertine or tile on all floors throughout, granite on all countertops, and top quality finishings. Having all the floors tiled makes it far easier to keep it cleaned and fresh for you. It has high speed & wireless internet service, and other conveniences too numerous to mention. It is a three story home with huge ocean front decks and balconies, gas grill for outdoor cooking and lot's of outdoor furniture for eating, entertaining, or soaking up the sun.
Our home has two master bedrooms on the top floor, each with king size beds. One is gulf front with a large balcony, and the private bath for this bedroom has a jacuzzi and separate shower. There is a 32 in flat screen tv with separate dvd player in this room amd large walk in closet
The other master is street front and you can only see the ocean from the bathroom window. It also has a 32 in flat screen t/v with a separate dvd player. It's private bath has a tub/shower.
The middle level is where the gulf front kitchen and living/dining room areas are located. You have full open views of the ocean from three sliding doors and a huge windows. The sliding doors in the living area open onto the large balcony/decks and outdoor gas grill. The decks on this level have tables and chairs for eating and recliners for sun bathing. The stairs from this balcony lead to the lower very large deck.
The kitchen is not very large but offers all amenities and built'ins. The bar top has 4 bar stools and the dining table seats 8 people. The living area has a queen sleeper, plenty of comfortable seating, and a large screen plasma HD/TV with surround sound, plus a dvd player.
The middle level also has a queen bedroom with a wall mounted 20 inch flat screen tv with built in dvd player. This bedroom is street front with ocean views from the window. It has a private bath with shower only.
There are two gulf front bedrooms on the lowest level which share a jack and jill bath with tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk beds. Each of these rooms have 20 inch wall mounted flat screens with built in dvd players on fully movable mounts. Both bedrooms have sliding doors which open to a very large deck with steps to the beach, and an outdoor shower on a landing for washing off the sand from the beach.
Other amenities include:
A portacrib and highchair.
Two beach umbrellas and four beach chairs set up on your private beach each morning. (We allow guests to use the exquisite pools of a nearby resort condo we own, as well as a private beach club).
Adequate parking for 4 full size cars or suv's. (Most private homes on the beach have parking for 2 cars at best).
You can rent any type of beach equipment, scooters, surfboards, etc., right across the street and walk one block down the beach and go parasailing....Beautiful to see the kites and parasails flying over the beautiful waters from your balconies! The beaches and area are very kid and teen friendly.
The home is within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, and there is a pizza place, sandwich place, ice cream store,etc.as well as a beach store just across the street. There are three places for breakfast within short walking distances. (You will LOVE the Bad Ass Cafe!across the street!) There is no need to get out on the highway for those last minute 'gotta have' beach items! And the convenience store within a few steps is great for picking up bread and milk, etc.
It is also located just two miles away from the famous upscale Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Groceries, drug stores, etc., are less than a mile away. The location is very convenient for every type of shopping and dining desired.
We also own and rent the 4 bedroom 4 bath home next door..listing 24559.....Ideal to rent both for reunions and large get togethers!!! And, you can use the pools from our penthouse listing 30231! The pools are not within walking distance, but you can easily spend a day at the pools and surrounding activities. Please go to listing 30231 for a description of the pools and area.
Our home is redecorated almost every year. It is always freshly painted each winter, and maintained very well.
