7th Heaven in Paris

This sun filled, two-bedroom apartment (approximately 1000 sq feet/ 90 m2) is located in one of the most safest and exclusive neighbourhood, facing one of the most beautiful Avenues in Paris. This is an ideal location for families (with kids, dogs, or both).

The apartment is casual and very comfortable providing a nice and relaxed setting during your stay. This light-filled apartment faces the most beautiful avenue Breteuil (a tree lined avenue with a wide strip of grass and a view of ‘les Invalides’ – perfect for jogging, picnic or just sunning and relaxing on the grass - almost like a private garden!!!). Mornings are specially my favourite time – sitting by the window sipping coffee and taking in the view.

Literally around the corner is the famous Avenue Saxe –also tree lined with a full view of Eiffel Tower - a neighbourhood hangout for families/kids rollerblading/skateboarding that hosts one of the best open Marché/market every Thursday and Saturday mornings – not to be missed!! The market, cafés and shopping are just down the street, and the “Champs de Mars” (the park by Eiffel Tower park) a few minutes away.

The living and dining area is furnished with contemporary furniture (plus a large flat screen TV, including DVD player and Wii). The living room is very spacious and has two large couches (each sleeps one easily), including a dining table that seats eight to ten people. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need. An unforgettable, impromptu lunch or dinners are easy!!! Just go pick up fresh meat from one of the best butcher’s around the corner or fresh fish, cheese and vegetables from the famous open Marché/market and ‘voila’ you’ll have a meal in Paris. Even a quick lunch picked up from, a fancy deli ‘Kayser’ (at Metro Duroc) or, one of the delis from Rue Clér (another market few minutes away) makes for yet another meal.

This spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, and has a his-&-hers vanity, shower, WC, and towel-warmer and a flat screen TV including a DVD player. Guest bedroom with a single-bed + pull out bed - sleeps 2 comfortably has its own private shower, single vanity, towel-rack.

At your disposition is a small PC with broadband and Wi-Fi Internet, including a printer; along with unlimited Wi-Fi and broadband Internet access, free local and international telephone calls. You are also provided with Cable TV (very large flat screen in living room and a smaller one in master bedroom) + DVD players and good selection of movies for all ages.

Walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes) are following museums: Rodin, d’ Orsay, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, quai Branly; shopping & entertainment: the exclusive department store ‘Le Bon Marché – a must experience specially the grocery store ‘le Grand Epicérie; and host of boutiques, cinemas and café/restaurants at St. Germains des prés; rue Saint Dominique and Rue Clér (lined with cafés and shops) and Montparnasse, etc. Let’s not forget the beautiful, fun filled park at the Champs de Mars Eiffel Tower park + a little further Jardin Luxembourg.

Great transportation links by bus and metro less than 4 minutes walk to: metros line 10 - Segur & Duroc; line 13 – St. Francois Xavier & Duroc; line 6 – Sévre le courbe. And seconds away bus 28 takes you to Champs de Mars, rue St. Dominic, rue Clér and avenue de Champs Elysée.

Rates €400/night or €2,800/week - Cleaning fee inclusive – 5-night minimum stay.
50% due at the time of reservation - PAYPAL is the preferred mode of payment.
Additional cleaning fee - (15€/hour) for minimum 3 hours at least once a week may be required for families with children and dogs.
Baby sitting and additional cleaning may be arranged.
Security deposit of €1,000 due on arrival - refunded upon departure.
