This Deluxe Duplex features Approx. 1600 Square Feet, four bedrooms, three baths, and two outside shower. It sleeps 10!

We are located at 5028-30 Central Avenue, this duplex is 100 yards from the beach. Completely furnished and on a 40 foot by 100 foot lot. House has a elevator. Their are no steps inside the apartment. Two Master Bedrooms each with bath. It sleeps ten people. Each of the Master Bedrooms has a Queen bed, dresser mirror, chest, and TV.

Two rooms with two twin beds each, dresser, mirror. A queen sleeper in the Living room, plus a love sofa. Two full Baths with shower and one hall bath with tub/shower. A outside shower with hot and cold water. A large covered Front Porch with table and chairs, off street parking, a Garage and a Rear Porch.

The elevator makes the vacation perfect for loading groceries and luggage and allows no-step access to all parts of the home.

The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to occupancy. A $400 Security Deposit is required. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM Saturday and Check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday.

          About the owner: The beach voted #1 in New Jersey 2009. It is truly a family resort. Something for every one, the beach, the ocean, the boardwalk 2-1/2 miles long

          Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, South End:
          I purchased this property in 1993 because it was only an hour and a half from my home and my mother loved the shore. In 2002 I tore down the old building and started construction of this building, completing the construction May of 2003. It is less than hundred yards from the beach, and the boardwalk, golf course, and tennis courts are nearby.
