The Palmtiki-Residence offers you a maximum of comfort and luxury. All rooms feature a high end interior – which of course includes all the kitchen appliances ! The pool and patio area has been upgraded with an electrical pool heater, new patio furniture, a modern gas grill, hammock and a tropical Tiki-Bar where you can enjoy your drinks at the poolside. For our guests this guarantees the best comfort and functionality available, and no cost or effort was too great for us to make your next holiday a memorable experience. Enjoy the extravagant style of our vacation home which is enhanced with tropical decoration to give you the typical Florida feeling right from the beginning of your stay.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, 2 LCD TVs, DVD-Player, PC with LCD and high speed internet, wireless-internet access, Hi-fi-Stereo, 2 cordless phones, fax, washer, dryer, flat iron, hairdryer. Large garage for 2 cars, a modern gas-grill on the patio, 4 chaise lounges and various pool toys for the kids. Bedding, towels and flatware are provided at no charge. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast-bar, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, coffee maker, mixer, toaster. The heated pool (electric) provides a enjoyable water temperature even in the colder months of the year. The pool and patio area is screened in. As a highlight we offer you a tropical Tiki-Bar at the poolside, as well as a large hammock to relax on the boat-dock with the view over the canal! We also provide some beach chairs and umbrella for your trip to the beaches.
The modern grill turns a typical barbecue into a feast, and cool drinks taste twice as good if they are prepared at our tropical Tiki-Bar. Due to the patio facing south with a nice view on the canal you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The pool can be heated electrically if needed, providing a convenient temperature even on colder days. Enjoy your snacks or meals on the lanai – a large dining table with room for six people is just waiting to be set. For all sunbathers we offer 4 comfortable chaise lounges and a large hammock which can be used in the garden, on the boat-dock or at the pool.

Additional persons over the age of 12 will be charged $50/week (excluding tax)

The security deposit is $500 or 300 Euro and payable in cash or travelers checks.

Our tropical holiday home is located in the center of Cape Coral, not far from Santa Barbara Blvd. and Veterans Pkwy. The gorgeous waterside location in a quiet side street is your guarantee for a relaxing stay, without being "off the beaten track". You will find various shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and amusement parks in the surrounding area. In addition to that, due to its central location within the Sunshine State Cape Coral is a good starting point for day trips. Take the car to the Everglades or the Boat to Key West in the morning, and you could be home again in the evening.

We bought the Palmtiki Residence to make ourselves a home which we now share with other families which are also looking for a cozy place to spend the best weeks of the year. Our house is not a cold or anonymous investment but a real home for happy families.

8 weeks at PalmTiki The Villa is as advertised. Everything is as described. It has modern appliances, also 2 X 32" LCD TV's Dish Sat HD reception on the main Sharp TV set and a DVD Player. Cutlery drawers are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. The villa is very clean and tidy. Pool is heated and large with a weekly visit by the Pool-man. The villa is centrally positioned regarding shopping and sightseeing. I would easily recommend this villa.
