Our vacation was picture perfect. The weather was great and the accomodations were exactly what we expected. The beach was just a short walk from the condo and we really enjoyed the time by the pool. It was our first tme to Hilton Head and there was so much to see and do. Sandy was so helpful with sending us things to do and place to go, prior to our arrival. The welcome basket was such a nice added touch to make us feel welcome into her place. Now that we know our way around the Island, we are looking forward to coming again to visit. I would recommend to all my friends and family to rent property 302347.

Very clean and well maintained. The beach is so close! Not at all difficult to manage with 2 small children. Sandy very considerate and easy to work with- the extras like beach toys, chairs, buggy and more made days so much easier. We would stay here again, no questions asked. We highly recommend it. Lowcountry Backyard Restaurant, Sea Shack, Hot Mama's, Kenny B's fed us well. For kids the Pirate Cruise out of Harbour Town is amazing. Really great trip!!

We had a great time on our recent HHI holiday due to the great weather and a very homey condo. The owner anticipated just about anything we could need and even supplied a welcome basket full of goodies. We plan to visit again.

The property was exactly as described. It was very pleasant, well maintained and extremely clean. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. There were many thoughtful touches such as videos to watch, music, toys for the kids, beach chairs down to ziplock bags in the kitchen. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and there were no problems. However, we were in contact and confident that any issue would be promptly addressed. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

If you are looking for a cozy 1 BR condo close to the beach than this condo is for you. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner, Sandy makes you feel like you are staying with family as she provides lots of little extras (including access to toys for the kids and beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart) to make your stay enjoyable and less stuff to pack. Although it is not ocean view, the balcony is just over the lagoon which is relaxing and beautiful. Sandy is very accommodating and treats her guests like family.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay in the codo was good. It was clean, however we did not enjoy the presence of the "Palmetto" bugs in the condo.

Owner response: So sorry you had the experience of seeing our state bug. It was upsetting to hear. It is an unavoidable happening when living at the beach and particularly during hot & humid aka beach weather. We did respond immediately and had pest control make a return visit; they are on an annual contract and do make regular visits. This is the first call I have gotten from a guest in 20 years of renting this unit which is evidenced by the 5 our of 5 star reviews we have overwhelmingly received. I hope this does not discourage you from any future return visit.

Exactly as described--well maintained and lots of personal touches! Island Club itself also had lots to offer-particularly easy beach access. We had a wonderful visit.

My wife & I really enjoyed the stay in your villa 302. I really appreciated the extra items stocked in the villa, to include extra trash bags, paper towels, beach towels as well as beach toys, chairs cart & umbrella. The kitchen was furnished with everything even aluminum foil coffee, creamer & artifical sweetener. The bag of snacks was a perfect touch & were very tasty on the beach. The villa was the b est stocked I have every stayed in & spotless. Again thank you so much for ther hospitality and wonderful accomadations. We have had a great week and will be back next year for another week.

This condo's owner goes way beyond well-maintained and clean. Your every need is met! From dinning idea's, coupons, a large assortment of DVD's, beach chairs and buggy, toys for the kids, to a well stocked kitchen and baths. If you are new to the Island Club you will keep coming back after you see how close to the beach you are here. In 20 plus years of renting condo's this is the first time we've been greeted with a gift basket of goodies! It really felt like having your own home at the beach.

The condo was clean, comfortable and just what we need for a get-away. We would stay here again. Sorry we didn't get to meet Sandy but she was very accommodating.

Wonderful, peaceful and inviting! Condo is just as listed and it is incredibly clean. Owner is very quick to send info and helpful with last minute arrangements. She even left a much appreciated gift basket full of snacks and let us use her beach gear. Highly recommend this property! Beautiful beach is just steps away. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lagoon! Had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning to this unit again.

We stayed here in Sept. '11 and had a wonderful week. The villa was well maintained and the owner provides a well stock kitchen, bath and bedding. There were many "extras" most of the other villa rentals at Island Club do not provide and we have stayed at many others. We will probably make this one our regular if available. It's convienient to the beach, pool, and many of the ammenities of the conplex. Beach chairs were provided and this was helpful since we flew in.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. Thanks for the snacks you had for us. That's the first time we have had that experience. The condo was very clean and neat. We would recommend it to anyone going to Hilton Head.

We take suggestions seriously and address everything immediately should there be anything - but so far nothing to speak of. we loved our stay at the Island Club #302347. It is in a good location, easy access to the beach, nd lots of good restrauants close by. Full equipped with what you need need for a week at the beach. Would highly recommend this unit and we would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in Sandy's lovely villa in mid-September, 2010 and were very happy with the accommodations. The photos and description were accurate. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated, with a well-equiped kitchen. Comfy king sized bed and plenty of towels. The 'welcome basket' was much appreciated. The villa was away from street noise - on the end of the buidling, a very quiet location. Mid-island location is very convenient to grocery and restaurants. The beach was only a short walk away. We loved the pool - clean and very well maintained! We highly recommend Roastfish and Cornbread Restaurant on Marshland Road. Quaint, reasonably priced local lowcountry menu. Don't miss Frankie Bones either! Barnacle Bill's (very close to villa on 278) is the place to buy fresh fish/seafood! We will definitely keep Sandy's place in mind for our next vacation to HHI!

We stayed at Sandy's Condo for a week in August 2010. We felt very very welcome, when we arrived, we found a gift basket on the counter with delicious goodies, the towels were ready and folded on the bed just the way you would see it on a cruise ship. The kitchen was equipped with everything from silverware to oven pans, plates and dishes, also canisters on the counter with coffee, tea and sugar. The freezer had an ice maker and ice packs that we used everyday going to the beach. Which was only a 2-3 minute walk thru some beautiful landscaping and friendly people. The showers and hose next to the beach were very helpful in rinsing before going back to the condo, and if you don't want to go to the ocean, you can use a very clean pool and jacuzzi. The condo has such a nice layout with an open design all the way from the living room to the bedroom with refreshing A/C. We will highly recomend it to all family and friends. Chuck and Daisy Greene

This one bedroom condo was well furnished and spacious. It came stocked with very nice necessities like paper towels, soap, trash bags, tp and many other goodies. Also, the king size bed was comfortable.

The owner of this unit goes above and beyond to help you feel at home during your stay. I enjoyed meeting her and she kept in contact with me and my daughter throughout the two weeks prior to our stay. Her unit was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The Island Club has attracted and retained wonderful families that return year after year. That combined with a great place to stay made our vacation one to remember for many years to come.

My husband and I stayed in June in and it was perfect for us. We loved staying here. It really is a one minute walk to the beach which is spectacular. We found that this location (picked randomly by us because we'd never been there) was such a bonus because the crowds basically end right there. We could walk/run on the beach FOREVER it seemed and hardly see anyone. It's also near all kinds of conveniences and the condo itself was clean, cute, and once we bought groceries, completely homelike. The owner is also very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly as promised, so no surprises. If you like biking, beach combing and simply relaxing, this is a great unit to rent. Hilton Head has much to offer so there was no shortage of things to do or see. Plus there are Savannah and Charleston as well. Worth coming back for.
