The upper level has a master bedroom and walk in closet, the balcony off the master bedroom looks on to the garden and conservation area, this room has a king size bed, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with large jacuzzi bath tub, shower, double vanity sinks and seperate W/C.
The upper level also consists of bedroom with 2 single beds, fully equiped laundry room with washer and dryer, powder room, large family room with 60' flat screen TV and DVD player, fully equiped gourmet kitchen with breakfast area and dining room over looking the balcony area.
The ground floor has 2 further bedrooms with queen beds, one room opens up on to the veranda and pool area, a full bathroom with tub seperate shower and W/C, game room with pool table which leads out to the veranda and 32' X15' swimming pool set in lush landscaped gardens.

We as a group of friends stayed here over the Christmas and New Year period. We all fell in love with the house the moment we walked in the front door and quiet honestly did not want to leave! Beautiful interior and exterior, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room we had 6 adults in our party and not once did we feel like we were on top of one another. Such a relaxing atmosphere by the pool and in a nice quite neighbour hood too. And the visits from the kookaburras was amazing! Great location for visiting all local attractions and theme parks. Great place to find our feet in a new country - well equipped, good location, neat and clean. We enjoyed the daily visits from the Kookaburras and being able to share our backyard with a Koala and a Wallaby. Absolutely breathtaking, what a beautiful clean and well maintained home, stunning location which made for our perfect holiday to Australia, your home had everything, the children loved the pool and the visits from the local wildlife, we did not want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back again.Owner response: Thank you Donna & David we are glad you had a great holiday.

A wonderful and quiet place to spend time. We had a most enjoyable stay here at Burleigh Heads. The place is everything shown in the listing. There were 8 in our family group and the place is heaps big enough that we all had our own space when needed and with the living and dining areas being great for the whole family to enjoy together.
