  Second time (3 weeks) to stay at this great condo with everything needed for an extended stay, including a washer and dryer in the condo. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the condo appearance and amenities. Many nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. Great beaches directly across the street. Great nearby walking trails and streets. Great sunsets. We had absolutely no issues with the condo and condo grounds. The owner is excellent to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

  This condo is in great location. Many places to eat out and Safeway/Foodland are not too far. Beach is beautiful. We spent most of the time hiking though. A/C was a great feature. All kitchen equipment that you would use daily basis are there. We are very happy that we chose this condo.

  Our stay in your condo at Kihei was absolutely great. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and convenient. Who could ask for more. So close to the beach and restaurants - a perfect place. Thank you for letting our family share it. I cannot think of a thing we didn't have!

  We had a wonderful holiday on Maui and our stay at the condo contributed to that. It was well stocked, and having the washer and drier right in the condo was a luxury. The condo is right across from the pool and very close to Kamaole II beach, both of which made it easy to have a relaxing time with our family (2 year old and 2 month old). There is no traffic noise, as the condo is located in from the street. As it is a corner unit, the condo is light and breezy - we didn't use the air conditioning very much at all. We found Jamie to be very accommodating and helpful, as were the Kehei Kai Nani staff. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach, snorkelling, attending the community playgroup and playgrounds, and swimming in the pool. When can we come back? :)

  Hello Jamie, Our vacation was great and your condo was very convenient. I can't think of anything the condo didn't have! We packed many picnic lunches for the beach and our trips around the island. It was very convenient that you had everything from tupperware, plastic wrap and a cooler. I appreciated that your condo was so clean and well maintained. And the many beautiful beaches within walking distance of your place were great! We had a great vacation and look forward to visiting Maui again in the future.   Jamie & Linda, thank you for sharing your Maui home with us!! We said over & over how everything we needed was here:) We enjoyed the beach every morning and ventured out on road trips each afternoon. The Lavender Farm, wind surfers @ Paia and snorkeling at Molokini were some of our favorites. Next time, we will skip the road to Hana! Aloha Mike & Julie

  Hi Jamie, We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo! I asked my traveling buddy what, if any suggestions, we had for you and we both laughed because other than maybe sharpening the kitchen knives, everything was great! We couldn't think of anything we needed that you didn't have. Your unit is definitely our new favorite at the KKN - the air flow is tremendous, bed is comfy and you provide all the extras needed. Again, thanks and I'm sure we'll be back in touch to rent again!

  Jamie, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. Plenty of room for us, great furnishings, and nice amenities. Also liked the location. We walked everywhere. Having the code on the front door worked out great. Like not having to worry about a key. We will definitely recommend your place to friends and possibly come back here in the near future.   Aloha Jamie, Welcoming the New Year on Maui was great as always, and returning to the mainland is never easy, especially at this time of year. Your condo is very well equipped and nicely furnished, and more recently updated than many other Kihei Kai Nani units. The in-unit laundry is a huge plus (especially the 4-minute wash cycle,) and the large selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. was a nice surprise. A few beach mats were left behind and added to the collection for the next guest

  The condo was everything we hoped it would be; we were pleased with everything it had to offer. The kitchen was well equiped (even with spices), the bathroom nicely updated, the bed tremendously comfortable, living room and lanai also very comfortable and relaxing. The location of this complex is perfect--both for access to Kameole II beach right across the street (which is one of our favorite beaches) plus staying in Kihei is great for driving in any direction on the island. We snorkeled/swam every morning at Kam II and found it to be some of the best snorkeling on the island. The property is beautifully maintained and the oh-so-quiet evenings/nights made it so restful. The Bistro 808 and Deli 808 next door have amazing food. We also enjoyed bbq-ing yummy fresh ono and mahi-mahi (from Eskimo Candy--awesome fish) at the condo. We enjoyed that this condo wasn't right on the road, so it didn't pick up any road noise. Thank you for everything it had to offer---we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a fun, restful trip to Maui.

  The condo was everything we were told it would be. It was very clean and everything work, including the internet connection. The surrounding area had many good places to shop, eat, and socialize - all within walking distance. A fantastic beach is just across the street. The sunsets were great. The resort staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will be back. Thanks for a great experience!

  Jamie, We want to let you know we enjoyed staying at your condo. Everything was very nice. We also hope the reports back from those who take care of the condo are good. If not - we would like to know what might have been an issue so we can do better next time. We tried to minimize cleanup work and left many unused items that will benefit the next renters - or the cleanup people. The entire experience was a pleasure. We hope to have the opportunity to rent your condo again sometime in the future. We are going to try for a longer period of time.   Aloha Jamie and Linda, We enjoyed our Maui visit immensely. We always stay at the KKN for the month of November and forgot how exciting it is to see the whales in February. Your condo unit was a joy....... we could see the care and thought that went into decorating your condo. Since you have asked about improvements: the chairs on the lanai are very hard without padding, so we ate inside. Having said that, the washer/dryer, roomy shower and big King size bed were wonderful!! Great unit! Many thanks, Arlene and Brian

  Aloha Linda & Jamie We have arrived at your condo and were very pleased with all the updates. As new owners you have been busy since we where here last year. Let me give you a little background on us. We have stayed in this unit for the past 4 years and at the Kai Nani for about 30 years. We normally come for 40 days. I used to come with my parents back then. lt was clean and refreshing with all the new updates! Also thank you so much for the wine and gift certificate. They are much appreciated. We will be looking forward to returning next year. Thanks again Scott and Gail

  We enjoyed our stay in Maui and the condo was better then described, and clean felt just like at home to us. We could have stayed a few more days. Buying jewelery was fun. The luau on the beach in Lahaina was wonderful experience. The waves was a little rough, and the great beaches just a short walk from the condo lots of choices for restaurants and stores. The owners were very helpful and accommodating you can see that they have paid attention to detail. This was my dream vacation mahalo

  Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the lanai & love the convenience it provided--SO CLOSE to a Beautiful beach, great food & shops all around!! We will be back!! Some of the food we enjoyed: taco Tuesday @ Fred's!! Delicious, Fish & Chips @ Alexanders, noodles from Wokstar, Cheeseburger in Paradise & Bubba Gumps in Lahaina right on th ewater front does not get much better then this.
