This vacation home, "Dolphins at Sunrise," built in 2000 and just recently available for rent, is located in a quiet private cul-de-sac with boardwalk access to a private beach 70 yards away. The house is located in Sunrise Beach which is a friendly neighborhood that now has a privacy gate at the entrance. Since it is llocated on the south side of 30 A, there is no need for anyone to cross any street when walking to the beach. Sunrise Beach is located near the corner of CR 393 and CR 30 A allowing easy access to 98 and the outlet shopping malls in Sandestin and Destin.
This 3 story home has three bedrooms, three full baths, and sleeps nine (two queen beds, one full, one queen sofabed and one twin sofabed. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom are located on the first floor with easy access to the 12-foot by 18-foot pool area and pool deck. The living room leads to a screened in porch that contains rocking chairs and a table for pleasant bug free evenings. The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor have large decks that over look the neighborhood. On each side of the loft on the 3rd floor are two decks that give guests views of stunning sunsets, emerald green water and the beautiful white sand beaches.
There is off street parking for four cars. In addition this home is ajacent to a new paved bicycle path, so bring your bicycles. Within walking distance is the Gulf Place shopping center including the Smiling Fish Cafe, Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor which has coffee, ice cream and other goodies, Key Lime Care, a Pizza Parlow, clothes shopes, as well as bike and kayak rentals. Rental for Dolphins at Sunrise is from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
