Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the property. It was a beautiful condo, wonderfully decorated. Unfortunately, we just had a few incidents that happened. At 7:00 am the upstairs renters or owners were screaming and slamming doors. And then it happened again at 11:30 pm along with loud music. I just wish there was someone around to make sure this doesn't happen. I guess we could have called but I thought why wake someone else up? We have stayed at many nice places and this far exceeds what is described on VRBO Very well equipped, current electronics and just fantastic. On a plus the security at Beach Colony is great as no one can just come on the grounds or hop on the elevator and wonder around unless they have certain codes. I highly recommend.this unit and will be back. Owners did great job !! JohnnyRecommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

We stayed in this condo last Spring and had a wonderful experience! Beautiful condo with excellent beach location, very clean and beautifully decorated. No hassles or problems at all with check in or the stay. Would definitely recommend this condo and owners.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
