This spacious four bedroom holiday home is located only 200m to the river has views from the upstairs balcony to enchant and relax you. The backyard is big enough to host a BBQ with family and friends, and if the weather turns sour, there is enough room for everyone inside, with the kids down in the rumpus room and the adults in the upstairs lounge. The property backs onto a huge public reserve that leads down to the river. If you are feeling more energetic on your holiday you can take the 1.5km walk down to the main street with most of the walk being on a bike path that takes you around the rivers edge. If you love the beach, the local main beach, a great spot for both surfing and swimming is patrolled, and only 5 minutes drive away. Two car - carport.

On arrival at L.J. Hooker Sussex Inlet we require your credit card details or a cash security bond of $500, which are held in our office for one month after you vacate the property and it is checked for damage and cleanliness.
