Entrance to Nature Preserve is at Children’s Park 3 doors east of home. Guided nature boardwalk includes fishing dock and ends at leash free dog park just around the block from our home, off of Gulf Blvd.
Beach, dining, and recreation within walking distance! Art Center, Library, softball, skateboard, tennis, handball, and basketball courts are all a few short blocks away.

Thank you Les and Dean for having us at your property for our family vacation. We stayed at Frangipani Holler with our visiting family from England. There were five adults, two children and our puppy. Everyone had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. The backyard was perfect for our nephews and pup to play in because it was fenced and private. The home was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed to enjoy meals at the table or to grill in the backyard. The boys enjoyed the playground just down the street many times. Although it was too cold to go to the beach, we did stop by and have a look. The beach is natural and beautiful here. Instead of the beach we went to the Lowry Park Zoo and the Clearwater Aquarium. We did enjoy a Mexican restaurant just down the road from the property. We would recommend staying here again.Owner response: Thank you! We just spent Mid-January 2013 through the end of February at Frangipani Holler. This is a lovely house with lots of nice features. The kitchen was nicely equipped which was perfect for us. The home has both a living room and family/dining room so it is possible to split up. The king bed in the master bedroom was excellent. The home is very dog friendly. The owner supplies the permit needed for the dog park, and there are plenty of dog bowls. The home has a private, fenced back yard which backed up to a nature preserve and is also perfect for dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The location could not have been better being close the the beach and nature preserve with a well kept off-leash dog park. Also there are loads of good restuarants close by, some within walking distance. We highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Frangipani Holler’s comfortable yet stylish atmosphere inspired a fun-filled and restful vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The terra cotta tile throughout the home was both beautiful and pet friendly. The back yard reminded us of a French quarter courtyard with its lush vegetation, swing and barbeque. We felt right at home cooking in its well-equipped kitchen. We often had our morning coffee at the nature perserve and watched the sunset over Indian Rocks Beach, both within walking distance. We ate at both casual and fine dining restaurants while looking at the Gulf of Mexico. It was a short ride to some excellent attractions like the Clearwater Aquarium home of the famous dolphin, Winter and the Chihuly collection at the Morean Arts Center in nearby St. Petersburg. Frangipani Holler proved to set high standards for a delightful vacation experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
