This is one of the most affordable beach properties on Hilton Head and new to the short term rental market with lots of dates available. Centrally located between Folly Field Beach and Palmetto Dunes Resort, we have our own privately accessed beach front! There are 2 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool. Coco's bar and grill is located at the end of the boardwalk, right on the beach. They offer a full bar with a Caribbean flair, beautiful views, and a great escape from the mid-day heat. There is a general store, The Island Grill, poolside featuring a gift shop, beach gear, bike rentals, and other necessities. The property also has six tennis courts, a work-out facility, hot tubs, and more.
The complex has a security gate and 24 hour officers on duty. Our unit features a queen bed in master with private full bath and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with full bath down the hall. Everything you need for dining is included in the full size kitchen. Cable TV is included and there are 2 TV's, one in the family room and one in the second bedroom. The couch folds into a bed so we have room for 6. We are located on the 4th floor, right next to the elevator and laundry room. Book with us today and save!
The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the unit via the boardwalk, which also offers a golf cart shuttle. Golf is next door (3 courses) at Palmetto Dunes, as well as numerous courses on the Island, including the famous Harbour Town Golf Links.
