With an uninterrupted panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, our pet-friendly beach house is tastefully decorated with an ocean theme. It sleeps six comfortably — two bedrooms with king-size beds, private balconies, and a shared ensuite, and a queen size pullout sleep sofa with a three-piece bath on the main floor. No elevator, park right outside your door in two private parking spaces. Enjoy our new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Take in the spectacular sunsets on a large deck equipped with a bar-height table, chairs, and chaise lounge. From the deck, step right onto the sugar-white sand in your private beach area and walk down to the beautiful gulf, which offers great shelling, swimming, and fishing.
Spend an evening at home watching TV or movies on a flat-screen TV with DVD, or listen to your CDs. Stay up to date with free Wi-Fi. Or go out and sample the amenities of Panama City Beach. Our beach house is located just 2 miles from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s huge new outdoor mall and amusement park. Pier Park has shops, restaurants, theaters, concerts, and much more for your enjoyment! Enjoy outdoor activities at the Frank Brown Recreation Center, which offer a dog park, playground, lighted tennis courts, walking trails, and bike paths, only a mile away, also enjoy the 700 acres conservation park only minutes away.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so glad I stayed at this townhouse. It's so gorgeous and comfortable here. I loved taking my breakfast out onto the deck above the beach and then just going down to the water for my morning walk. My husband and I and another couple spent a glorious week here. I really appreciated the new and well equipped kitchen because I love to cook (and eat!). The beds were so comfortable we all slept well an we enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the great living room. I can heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a super vacation home. In fact, it felt more like it was my beach house than like a rental!Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I cannot begin to describe how great and comfortable this condo is from top to bottom. It's the perfect place to stay while on vacation but with all the conveniences of home. The beach is literally just steps away. There is no elevator, no big lobby, it's RIGHT THERE! I stayed there with my husband and daughter for the week and we will definitely be coming back. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was brand new, I didn't even mind cooking on my vacation!! It was so nice to be able to sip cocktails on the deck while taking in the breathtaking sunsets, all while my 15 month old daughter was sound asleep upstairs! Grocery stores and shopping were all within walking distance too so it was in a very convenient location. The beach was beautiful and not over crowded. We've all rented a place with uncomfortable beds, this is NOT THE CASE! The beds were extremely comfortable and huge too!! This spot is worth it!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
