This comfortable waterfront home of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a pool will accommodate up to 10 people. The tropical setting provides a feeling of serenity. It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, and fishing from the boat dock.
The floor plan of this house is open and spacious. The atmosphere of the house is design, hip, trendy, white black colors and modern furniture. The living area is full of light and offer wonderful views of the pool, the garden and the canal. The living room is furnished with sofas, sofa bed, dining table, pool table, plasma TV, and computer. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped.
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a modern queen size bed. The second Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Cleaning service may be provided for small fee.
A computer, Wi-Fi, local phone calls and a cellular phone are provided as part of this rental. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
