Being one of the most spacious houses on Hamilton Island and offering a good level of privacy, ‘The Peninsula 6’ is perfect for both, honeymooners and larger family groups holidaying together.
The house is conveniently located near the waterfront offering north westerly ocean views, in the most exclusive part of Hamilton Island, near Qualia which recently won best resort in the world. Located within walking distance to the stunning Hamilton Island Look Out, you can enjoy the mobile Sunset Bar open most afternoons. The vibrant marina with an extensive choice of restaurants, shops and nightlife is approximately a 2-3 minutes drive in your complimentary electric golf buggy or via the free shuttle bus. The complimentary shuttle bus service transfers guests around the island to the marina, resorts, restaurants and other attractions and activities and the bus stop is conveniently located not far from your front door.
Offering all the upscale comforts of home this property is fully furnished with quality appointments including 2 large screen televisions with DVD players, full size kitchen appliances and heavenly beds and baths.
Your very own fenced in-ground swimming pool offers privacy whilst you relax and cool down after a busy day of activities on the island, or get in touch with your inner fish in the very large lap pool shared exclusively by only 8 houses. In addition you have access to the main Hamilton Island resort swimming pools providing yet more options for Acqua fun.
You can sit on the large deck complete with ceiling fans, outdoor dining and family size gas BBQ whilst being able to watch the kids in the swimming pool below. Or cool down in the air conditioned lounge room which is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and enough room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy a good movie. A second lounge room downstairs also offers a good size corner lounge which folds out to a sofa bed if needed and provides a second large screen TV and DVD. This lounge room opens out to your private deck and fenced pool area via sliding doors.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 good size bathrooms. Each bathroom has a large bath tub as well as shower so everyone can enjoy their own personal pampering zone.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom offers a Double bed, build in wardrobe and a bathroom just across the hallway.
A separate powder room is located upstairs.
Also on the upper level you will find the spacious kitchen with island bench, dishwasher, quality oven, microwave, gas stove and plenty of kitchen and dining equipment, the very large living room with separate CD stereo, iPod dock, large screen TV with DVD player and comfortable multi seater lounge, the good size dining area with quality furniture and the spacious furnished deck complete with family size gas BBQ.
A laundry with top loading washing machine, 2 dryers, ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience.
There is a selection of beach toys, pool toys, board games and movie DVDs for all ages for your enjoyment.
