This luxury oceanfront condominium is located on the exclusively gated Porto Fino property. We are conveniently located in the exclusive Marina, home to 5 star hotels. We are across the street from the Marina Golf Club, 5 minutes from the 400 slip Yacht Basin which offers World Class fishing, and 3 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Porto Fino is located next to the world renowned Marriott CASAMAGNA resort which offers many amenities for your pleasure such as a world class spa, a gym with the most up to date equipment and exercise classes, and indoor/ outdoor restaurants.
Our unit is located in the North Tower on the 3rd floor offering spectacular views of the sunset over Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains and downtown Puerto Vallarta. We have a property manager who will meet you upon your arrival. Cold beer will be in the refrigerator to welcome you to your vacation home in Mexico.
Maid service is upon departure or available as often as you would like for an additional charge. There is a telephone in the unit for local calls only. Most major cell phone companies offer long distance services in Puerto Vallarta.

We spent two weeks here in heaven on earth. What a glorious and relaxing time. Weather was perfect, as well as our host and hostess in preparing their wonderful home for us. We were lucky guests that got to actually meet our host and hostess (a.k.a. Tarzan) We arrived as they were leaving. How someone can leave this paradise is beyond my comprehension. Joe was so accomodating and so easy to work with in setting up our stay and our accomodations. If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and play, this is the place, and this is the condo to do it in. Very comfortable and quiet condo. Couldn't have been more pleased with everything. We already have our booking for 2014, and may be back in 2015. We'll see what the good Lord has in store for us. Thank you again Tarzan for taking care of us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

The property is in a great location 5 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the marina area where there is a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The unit itself has a view of the pool with a great large balcony with table for dining outdoors. It is very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and a pull out king sofa bed.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and I grew up in California, he near the beach and me near a pool. Needless to say we both enjoy the warm rays of the sun. Now that we live in Northern California getting to the beach isn't as easy as when we lived in the San Diego area. We have our own business that keeps us busy or on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. So when we have an opportunity to escape our real lives we head to our condo at Porto Fino.
Why the Owner Chose Marina Vallarta:
My husband was the first to find the condo while on a "boys" trip to Puerto Vallarta, MX. He and his buddies were staying in the hotel next door and were watching the building of the South tower on the Porto Fino property. He and his buddies went to check it out and were sold. He came home and exclaimed that "we are buying a condo in Puerto Vallarta". After asking some detailed questions I was sold!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My first trip down to our new condo was amazing. I'd never been this far into Mexico. Our first night all we had were blow up mattresses and some sheets we brought. We left the windows to the balcony open all night and fell asleep listening to the waves hit the beach. In the morning we awoke to a beautiful clear day with the sun rising and a cruise ship going past the property. We got out of bed and watched the ship disappear into the Marina. I've been in love with Puerto Vallarta and especially Porto Fino ever since. The grounds at Porto Fino are immaculate and the staff is so friendly. We hope you will come to love and appreciate Puerto Vallarta as much as we have. Relax and Enjoy!
