Condo directly on the bay. Beautiful view from the balcony. 2 blocks to the ocean, and 1 block to the dewey night life Address is 208 New Orleans St., which is in Cajun Cove. Even though this condo is close to everything, it is located in a very quiet complex. Parking for 2 vehicles. You walkin the condo on the first floor. Go up a flight of stairs, to the second floor bedroom. This bedroom and bath have room for 4 people. Go up the third floor to the open kitchen/living room. There is also a full bath on this level. The views are so fabulous, you won't want to leave the balcony

We rented this unit for about 4 weeks during the period of May - Sept. We absolutely loved it here. Robin (property manager) was great to work with. The view is amazing and you can't beat the location. The condo was clean and very spacious. Will definitely be back!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

We rented this condo at the end of August 2010 for 5 days and were very happy with it. We had a baby and a 9 year old and we had plenty of room as a family. The balcony gave us great views and sunsets. Having the full kitchen was helpful so we didn't have to go out to eat for every meal. The condo was cleaned right before we got in and we found it in good order. Nice sized TV and good couches. The only downside was the king bed was quite uncomfortable. The outside noise level was pretty low, so it was great for sleeping. Walking to the local restaurants and the beach was pretty easy, even with a baby. Access to the Jolly Trolley to go to Rehoboth is right up the street -- also a great convenience. I would certainly recommend it and we are considering going back next year. Robin was easy to work with and answered all our questions.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband and I just returned from a weeks stay in this condo, it was wonderful. Just as the pictures show, it was very clean, and beautiful. The outside gardens were great. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, chairs and umbrella's were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were good. The condo is a short walk (2 blocks) to the beach. Many resturants and shops within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property, and Robin was great to work with, he took care of everything.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
