You must stay at this recently updated condo in the world renowned Vail Racquet Club. This 1 bed/1 bath condo has been remodeled so you can enjoy modern living during your stay, while still experiencing the charm of a rustic ski home. There are granite countertops, new light fixtures, modern furniture, a deliciously comfortable queen size bed with memory foam in the master and a Queen sized memory foam topped sleeper/sofa in the living room. For your entertainment the condo boasts a Flat Screen HDTV, DVD Player, and I-pod docking station. We supply free Wi-Fi in the unit should you need to connect to the outside world during your stay.

Nights in can be cozy and romantic with the wood burning pot belly fireplace located in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you need to create tasty meals, and there is a gas grill on the patio. The unit is located on the ground floor so no carrying your heavy luggage up many flights of stairs. The Gore Creek babbles by just steps out the front door.

The Vail Racquet Club is a “platinum” rated property having undergone a $3.5 million renovation in 2004. The club has a state of the art fitness center with Cybex equipment, 2 hot tubs, a year round outdoor heated pool, 14 tennis courts, saunas and steam rooms, fitness and yoga classes, as well as offering massages. There is a small club fee ($10/day adults and $5/day children) that guests will have to pay to utilize the facilities. The FREE Town of Vail bus has a stop at the Vail Racquet Club to take you into Vail Village for skiing, shopping and dining. Blu's Restaurant and Bar is just steps away from the from door and Annie's Coffee shop is next door.

My condo is located in East Vail, with easy access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

I have had many people stay her that come into Vail for medical reasons. If you are coming into The Steadman Clinic, The Vail Valley Surgery Center, Vail Valley Medical Center, or Howard Head Sports Medicine, my condo is perfect. The ground floor means no steps...not a single one. There is ample free parking and you can always ride the free bus.

Spotless and well maintained. This place is perfect for two. The Health Club offers much more then a nice hot tub.

Only disappointing aspect was having to pay for the hot tub. Overall great little unit and Kirk was great to deal with for booking the Condo. Would definitely stay here again

The condo was a cozy one bedroom on the ground floor with everything necessary for a place to recover from a hard day of skiing. It was quiet comfortable and a short drive to the Vail ski area.

Me and my husband loved staying at this cozy condo for about a week. It was easy to book as the owner was very responsive to my initial email and stayed in contact with me througout our stay. The property was very well maintained and had everything that we needed to move right in and have home comforts the entire week. I would highly recommend staying here, it was a great expereince.

My wife and I chose to stay in Vail over Thanksgiving. It was such an enjoyable experience. The owner of the condo was easy to book with and was always available for any questions we had before/during our stay. We've stayed at other places we found on vrbo and this experience was far and away the best. The condo is situated along the creek so and it's very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the amenities of the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort and found the free Town of Vail bus to be a nice way to get around...didn't have to worry about parking when we went skiing or driving after drinking. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a vacation in Vail.

We had an enjoyable stay in the condo. It was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. The view of the creek was wonderful. Kirk was very accomodating. The fitness center, hot tub, and pool area were a big plus. I took a few yoga classes while there and was very happy to be able to walk over and be there within 2 minutes as opposed to driving! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this charming creekside condo for spring break with our two young daughters. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom and the girls on the pullout. While a little tight for four people we managed quite comfortably, and it's such an asset to have the Racquet club right there for swimming, workouts and dinner. It would be ideal for a couple. Note there is no TV in the master bedroom, which is fine unless you're traveling with small children who go to bed early. I would rate this as excellent for a couple, good with a family. The owner is very accessible and helpful, the best we have worked with on VRBO.

My parents stayed with my husband and I in this great Condo. We had a fabulous time. The condo was exactly what we wanted - relaxed and cozy. I would recommend Kirk's condo to everyone. The East Vail bus stop is right out the front for perfect convenience if you don't want to drive. Thank you Kirk for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back!

I had been looking for a vacation rental to rent for my parents to visit me and to celebrate their 26th wedding anniversary. I checked out VRBO and found this listing. Lets just say Kirk is the nicest gentlemen and is excellent to do business with. The condo itself is perfect for a couples retreat or a nice weekend getaway. My parents absolutely enjoyed their stay and loved the fact that they did not have a small hotel room, but a nice condo with a full kitchen at a very reasonable/afforadable price. Both my parents and I wanted to thank you Kirk for allowing them to stay!

Why the Owner Chose Vail Racquet Club:
I chose to buy in the Vail Valley because of its beauty and easy access to all things Colorado. Any outdoor activity that you love or want to try is within easy reach. There is world class skiing/snowboarding close by with many resorts within 45 minutes including Vail, Beavercreek, Breckenridge, Copper and Arapahoe Basin. Any winter activity you could imagine is here...snowmobiling, snow shoeing, ice climbing and the list goes on. In the summer, rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, biking and about anything else you can think of abound.
