House offers 1 Queen size bed (1 room), 2 twin beds(1 room) and 1 bunk bed with desk (3rd room),
living room, full separate kitchen and sun room/dining room. All new appliances.The sunroom has two sliding doors with cool breezes in the afternoon. Great patio for outdoor cooking (very private). Outside enclosed shower, fenced yard....lots of parking space (off street).

First time renters in Osterville and we had a great stay at this property. The house is well-situated - an easy drive (or bike ride) to beaches (we LOVE Dowses Beach), Joshua's pond, the main shopping area in Osterville, and Rte 28 for larger shops. The home was very clean and set up well for a relaxed stay. I liked having all the rooms on one level - easy to keep track of everyone. The backyard is fenced and offered a nice, safe play area. The front circular drive was more than adequate for little kids' bike riding (blocked off the ends of the drive with the car and some chairs). The enclosed patio room offered a second living space which was great. The property owner lives in the area and was very helpful - checking in with us during our stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful community.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
