great house our second time staying here best house in o.b.p. for large groups every thing was well cared for the living room and kitchen are brand new loved the 42 inch flat screen the rent was very reasonable for all the amenities you get in this house water front houses start at 5000 and up kitchen was very well equipped beach chairs bikes 2 out door grills u name it it was here great location easy walk to beach 2 blocks we will be back

we had 14 people and this house was very comfortable lots of space and comfy couches huge flat screen ! we were one block from the ocean.we used the bikes to tour the island they were a little rusty but it is the beach .there were plenty of clean sheets and towels.This town was very friendly and lots of fun.the owner was very nice and helpful the house was clean and tidy and we received our damage deposit back as agreed and on time.this is a great house for a large group and we plan on returning next summer.p.s the beach was beautiful great surf .this is not an overly crowded beach,easy to walk a little and be completely alone.

The house itself is nice, we were fairly comfortable. The upstairs common area (pictured) was very nice. It wasn't very clean and there were not enough linens (towels, blankets) available. We also experienced an ant issue on all surfaces of the kitchen. Bikes were rusty, so we couldn't use them. Communication with owner was poor, specifically after our stay. It took an entire month to receive our security deposit back. Would not recommend to friends, for sure.

Owner response:the house is cleaned by professional home cleaners i inspected house the day tenant left did not find any evidence of ants house has been exterminated bikes were less than 90 days old all in working order the house is on the beach lots of salt and humid conditions bikes do have some rust on fenders but do work fine there were 28 clean towels 14 blankets for a one and a half day rental i spoke with tenant 6 times before she got there the house has to be cleaned and inventoried before deposit is returned

THIS HOUSE WAS LARGE AND CLEAN .WE WENT TO THE BEACH EVERY DAY.ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM THE HOUSE. WE RODE BICYCLES EVERY PLACE AND EVEN WENT CRABBING OFF THE FLYNNS PIER. THE SUNSETS FROM THE UPPER DECK WERE BEAUTIFUL TO SEE WHEN WE GRILLED OUTSIDE. THIS HOUSE OVER LOOKS THE GREAT SOUTH BAY AND IS STEPS TO RESTAURANTS AND GROCERY. WE RODE OUR BIKES INTO OCEAN BEACH FOR BRUNCH AND PLAYED TENNIS ON THE PUBLIC COURT. AT NIGHT WE WENT TO FLYNNS AND HAD A GREAT DINNER.,THEN WE DANCED ON THE FLYNNS DECK AND LISTENED TO THE BIG BAM-BOO TONS OF FUN.WE ALSO WENT TO A YOGA CLASS IN OCEAN BEACH AND SAW A MOVIE THERE ONE NIGHT. THE KIDS ALSO HAD FUN AT THE PLAYGROUNDS AND FISHING OFF THE DOCK. ALL IN ALL WE HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIVES !
