What a fantastic experience!! The condo was clean and ready upon our arrival. We had no trouble whatsoever getting the keys at the appointed time. The master bath was huge and pristine. The master bedroom had a 42" TV as did the guest bedroom. There was a larger TV in the living room, although we didn't watch TV at all. The linens were pristine and plentiful on the beds as well as the bathroom. Beach towels were also provided! The kitchen was small but functional. I fell in love with the chime on the microwave instead of the blast horn of my microwave at home! Everything was in working order in the kitchen, including the coffee pot (crucial), microwave, toaster and stove/oven. The guest bedroom has 2 beds, one a full the other a twin. The twin has some issues with the mattress sliding off the slats, but I was told that bed is soon to be replaced. The full bed was comfortable with a plethora of pillows from which to choose! Oh yeah, there are TONS of extra sheets, blankets, pillows ect.. in the closets. Even an ice chest and soccer ball! We did have one problem with the condo. The dryer broke on our second day there. The lint filter split right in two and the dryer wouldn't work without it. My husband took the dryer apart to try to fix it and it was FULL of sand and miscellaneous junk that shouldn't be in a dryer. I was told by management that it was being replaced the week after we left. Luckily there was a laundromat nearby. The condo overlooks the playground with a great view of the pier. There were beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards stored on the condo for the kids! It was excellent! I couldn't have been more impressed with the management or the condo itself. We are already looking at dates for our next trip!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

When we arrived the owner was not there to give us the keys as promised. Finally tracked down his assistant who seemed somewhat clueless. The we found that the condo had not been cleaned. All this after a long drive from Arizona. It so happened that we had arrived during a heat wave and the airconditioning was not working!!!!!! When the owner finally showed up he told me that they had had trouble with it. The condo itself was okj but the windows that faced the ocean and what should have been a lovely view were salt encrusted from the ocean. There was no remote in the master bedroom. Finally the weather turned from hot to cold, VERY COLD and we discovered that there was NO HEAT!!! We left leaving two weeks unused.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing.
