I've fallen in love with Studios Nob Hill! It has all the comfortable touches of home and yet, in my opinion, it's even BETTER than home! So many creative details can be seen all over the studio and complex as a whole. When I look around the room I can tell that a lot of T.L.C. has gone into the upkeep and overall design. Delicious treats were waiting for me to enjoy them when I walked in the room and a personal bag of local coffee for the morning. They really think of everything! Not only were there snacks and drinks, but also a washer/dryer area, dish washer, cable TV on a big screen AND a kitchen with all the utensils and dishware one could need. Everytime I came into my room I was inspired by the creative and cozy atmosphere. The warm sunlight and view of Nob Hill from the windows make 2D a personal favorite of mine. I would recommend Studios Nob Hill to anyone who enjoys a creative, comfortable and impeccabley clean vacation rental!

Everything has been thought of for anyone wanting to have a relaxing get-away. Accomodations were as promised and everything was clean and neat. The internet access to be able to check on things to do and see makes this a great place to organize a relaxing vacation and stay in touch with the office if necessary. I will recommend this as a place to visit for my friends. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to ABQ.

I stayed in this South facing room in the winter...loved the light and watching the city go by. It was like watching a silent movie. When I wanted to be enveloped in the action all I had to do is go out the front door and I had my choice of coffee shops, cafes, shops and more. The space is small but seems spacious with its open floor plan and it's well equipped kitchen and utility closet with washer and dryer. The "Euroflame place" such a welcome addition to making it cozy at night. This Studio should be a perfect fit in the book "The Not So Big House". It shows that a lot of thought went into the floorplan as well as the furnishings. PERFECT getaway.

The room was as the pictures indicate - the interior is lovely, new and impeccably clean. Accessories and amenities are modern and have been chosen with both style and comfort in mind. All supplies are provided, even those you didn't realize you needed! Gaye and Roy are warm, welcoming, and helpful. They are genuinely interested in guests having the best possible experience. I would definitely recommend this location. It is close to the shops and restaurants of Nob Hill and just across the street from the UNM parking lot and dorms.

My partner and I were in Albuquerque for a long needed vacation. I chose this property because of where it was located and the fact that it was obviously designed and built by creatives. This place was perfect. Everyday I walked for coffee and dinner. The neighborhood is so fantastic with all of the individually owned shops and restaurants. Thanks to both of you for all of your efforts to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. It was great to stay at a place that was individually owned and so artistic. I will recommend that those in my work group all have the opportunity to stay here.
