  We shared a family vacation with our best friends....there were 12 of us. It was very comfortable and was better than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms. We even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash! There was also plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There were lots of towels - we never ran out even though the kids were in and out. The view was absolutely spectacular. We had a view of the ocean all across the back of the house -- lots of windows. Michele was so quick to respond to any questions that I had, and I did have quite a few. She is a very pleasant and helpful lady. We had a wonderful time....this is definitely on the list for next year.

  We loved this house! It felt more like visiting someone's home than being in a rental property. Beach location was amazing. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, a toddler, and a dog and the layout worked perfectly for everyone. Fenced yard for the dog was very convenient to let her dry off after being hosed down after a romp on the beach. We are already planning to try to make this an annual family vacation. The owner, Michele, was very helpful and accomodating. Can't say enough nice things.

  We just spent another fantastic week at the Beach House. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. Fenced yard was great for the dog (they even supplied bags to clean up after our pet) as well as a sunny retreat when it was windier on the ocean side of the house. Weather was perfect for crabbing, golf, walking on the beach... We also drove down to Florence to hike some trails there and up to Newport - both easy, gorgeous drives along Hwy. 101.

  This was by far the best house we've ever stayed in on the Coast. It was exactly as advertised and then some. It's nice to be presently surprised. We loved the view from the living room and dining room and the private access to the beach was easy to navigate. The beach was gorgeous and had very few people on it, although it was early in the year. The house was clean and exceptionally well provisioned. We didn't lack for anything in kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans, dishes and silverware or linens. Such a treat! We liked the location as it was at the end of a quiet street and yet close enough to Newport to drive in for an afternoon at the Aquarium or for shopping. We will definitely rent this house again and are all looking forward to our next trip!

  This was a great holiday weekend, we enjoyed the big modern kitchen, and especially direct access to the beach. What was a major plus was the house is set-up for dogs it has a fenced outdoor area to bring the dogs in from the beach and then an adjacent tile mud room/entry way. The views from the house are fabulous!

  We stayed here in July 2011, 5 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. Lots of room for all of us. The house is immaculate. The kitchen has everything you need. The view and beach access is amazing. We loved taking the kids and dogs on the beach every day, walked into town along the beach, watched whales in front of the beach house for 2 days! A few things we enjoyed nearby: Luna Sea Fish house in Yachats is AWESOME! Drove to the sea lion caves, dune buggies with spinreel (a bit of a drive), horseback riding on the beach with C&M Stables. I would recommend this beach house to all my friends and family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  The house is clean, modern and uncluttered. Fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful little path down to the sand. Your own private 2 second path to miles of sand. Very generous to allow dogs. We were three family members with two dogs. We took beach towels, dog beds and a tarp for the floor. There is white carpet. It was easy to let the dogs into the yard from the beach and clean them up for the house. Grand views. Privacy. We plan on returning for a week next time. I would highly recommend.

  Wonderful house and location for our family reunion!! Great beach access, great restaurants and fish market nearby, close to boat launch. Had fun crabbing, golfing, walking on the beach, and cooking in the fabulous new kitchen. Gorgeous panoramic ocean views from house. The beach house easily accomodated our large group for an entire week. We can't wait to return.
