Just a few miles from Turtle Bay Resort and Spa, you can enjoy a round of golf on one of two professional grade golf courses, a game of tennis or enjoy a day at the spa. Foodland and Starbucks is just 2 miles down the road. Several miles to the west is the romantic town of Haleiwa, former home to Baywatch Hawaii. Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
Rocky Point Beach is beautiful! We fell in love with the area and with my daughter living there, we felt it was like our home. We dreamed of having a home that we could bring all of our family and friends too.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love biking on the bike path from Sunset Beach, checking out the surf, sometimes stopping to snorkel at Sharks Cove, to jumping off the rock at Waimea. Just walking on the beach out in front is great excercise and we love to surf, boogie board and just lay our and relax!

My Husband and I live in Carlsbad CA. We first went to the North Shore to visit our daughter who moved there to go to college. On our first visit to Oahu, we drove up to see our daughter and fell in love with it! We checked out of our timeshare in Honolulu that first day and rented another place on the North Shore! While walking around the Marketplace, we went into a realty office and met our realtor, and now property manager, Cathy. She gave a few addresses and we fell in love with Rocky Point!
