  We loved our stay in the condo; it was clean and comfortable. Thank you for all of the extra supplies that were provided. It was a home away from home. We were lucky; had some great weather. Easter weekend we had breakfast on the balcony. Visited family and did lots of touring around- 2 weeks wasn't enough -could have stayed longer!! Thank you, Bruce and Liz, you were very helpful. M and P Favourites: The bedroom-big windows-the view-cozy, like being in a nest-and the bedding was so cozy- The view from the 14th floor!

  Hi Liz and Bruce! The condo is awesome-great location and people! We went to Hermann's Jazz Club on Fort for great entertainment. Whale watching-didn't see any whales but sea lions and seals and bald eagles- ride was very bumpy! Walked to Castle, very cool! Went to Big Bad John's to see all of the bras and spiders- quite the ambiance. Walked around seawall, did lots of walking in downtown area. Visited with friends and family and decided a week was not enough. You folks are so accommodating and helpful! We'll be back! Cheers, B and T, Moose Jaw

  I have found an apartment to lease and will be bidding farewell to the lovely, "Astoria Views". Your apartment was the perfect introduction to Victoria for me. Thank you! Liz, this apartment could not have been more well-suited to meet our needs, and you and Bruce were such attentive and responsive hosts. It was a delight to stay here. I especially appreciated all the nice shelving units and storage places, the fully equipped kitchen, the decor and warm colours that made the apartment feel like a cozy home away from home during the winter, the fantastic security and building management services at the Astoria, and most of all, the stunning ocean, mountain and city views from the master bedroom that made it feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Thank you again for your great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Victoria to rent from Victoria Prime and stay in the lovely, "Astoria Views" suite.

  We had an amazing stay at this great condo! It had everything we needed and desired. We enjoyed walking to everything and lots of great places to eat! We found the guest book helpful and gleaned many good ideas from Bruce and Liz and the amazing service!

  Had a wonderful time in Victoria. The apartment is in a great place to not only access the city centre, but the whole of the island. Very lucky with the weather during our stay, very hot all week and we visited lots of great places when having a car. Will recommend Victoria to all of our friends. Big thank you to Liz and Bruce for making it all so easy in booking, and very clean condo. Best wishes!

  This is a wonderful town and fantastic apartment. Bruce and Liz made us very welcome and gave us good advice on whale tour-BC Whale Tours on Wharf St., also on the transfer to Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Hopefully will return in the future. Thank you Bruce and Liz

  What a great apartment. The experience started when we had some travel queries answered by Liz before we arrived who also sent helpful links. We were then met by Bruce on arrival, he was really helpful with local knowledge and helped us plan our stay. It really is a beautiful place, light, airy, clean and very comfortable. It is extremely well equipped, really being a, 'home from home'. We loved the BC Whale watching tour, Craigdarroch Castle and the general experience of walking around the Inner Harbour. Pescatores Seafood and Grill was fabulous, great fish dishes at a reasonable price. A top quality condo, perfect hosts, this experience is highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed in this condo in August 2011. It was in a fantastic location. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We did a lot of walking to sites. But we also had a rental car and appreciated the garage space for its use. Our lease was modified so that our 4 year old stayed in the den on a mattress which we were already traveling with. And Liz and Bruce kindly put up sheets over the glass den doors to make it dark in there so he could go to sleep before we did. We actually ate breakfast and sometimes lunch on the balcony. It was so pleasant to eat out there. I appreciated the professionalism of dealing with Liz and Bruce. We called from the ferry and met Bruce in front of he building about 45 minutes or so after the ferry landing. They were able to direct us to a place to buy groceries that night. Although we did more grocery shopping in the suburbs at Save - on Foods, which is considerably cheaper than the Market on Yates. Prices were already higher than American prices, so it was good to get to save some money by going to a bigger market. We liked being so close to the waterfront, which was a big draw. And we also liked visiting the Lt Government House gardens. Although we drove our car there. Being from the US and a hot area of the US, I was initially surprised that there was no air conditioning, but we just opened the windows during the day and let the breezes in. And mostly shut them at night. I think I want to move to Victoria.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We really enjoyed staying in this condo, finding it clean, comfortable, & spacious, with nice decor. With some fog and rain lifting, we enjoyed seeing more views each day from the balcony and each room. A corner unit, it has great views in two directions. Excellent location, we walked to the Inner Harbor, Beacon Park, and downtown easily. Found a great grocery market on Quadra & Yates, as well as plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The property managers, Liz and Bruce, are professional, friendly, and helpful. Though it was cool outside, the condo tended to be too warm for us, but windows can be opened for a cross breeze...and some street noise. We had the windows open during the day and closed at night, which worked fine.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
