  What can I say that hasn't already been said by other visitors?! My husband and I and our two small children stayed for several nights and had the most enjoyable time. It's perfect for a family vacation, we were able to walk almost everywhere. There are numerous options available for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, or just lounging. We have never rented a vacation home before and after staying here, we won't do otherwise. Alisa and Darren were the most courteous, helpful, and genuine. They made it unforgettable by offering suggestions for some of their favorite restaurants (which are now ours as well in San Diego), they provided everything needed and beyond! It was especially nice having the bikes at our disposal for a morning ride. Alisa also went out of her way by sending us some forgotten items which was greatly appreciated. We plan to stay here again, whether its a family vacation or a couples retreat.

  My wife and I found this studio to be perfect for our vacation. It is as advertized, close to the beach, fully equipped, tastefully decorated, new and clean. We did have one little glitch which Alisa attended to immediately and then gave us a bottle of wine to assuage any discomfort (beyond the call of duty in our book). Everything Pacific Beach is within walking distance and a lap around Mission Bay is an easy bike ride away. Upon entering the studio and being greeted with tequila and margarita mix and chips & salsa says it all. Thank you for the enjoyable stay! We will be back

  My best friend and I spent a long weekend at the beach studio as part of our girls getaway 30th birthday celebration. This place could not be more perfect. It was super convenient. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alisa and Darren were so nice and very welcoming upon arrival. Although we did not need anything from them during our stay, it was nice to know that they were just a phone call away if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here especially if you want something close to the beach, very clean and updated, reasonably priced and in a quiet relaxing setting away from the craziness of the main streets in Pacific Beach. We will be making another trip to San Diego, and this will be out first choice in accommodations. Thank you so much, Alisa and Darren!!!

  The pictures don't do this place justice-beautifull spacious studio with a superb decorated bathroom! The studio was spotless on arrival. There are various places to eat as well as a well stocked supermarket all in walking distance from the studio. It is situated in a very pleasant area where everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. Staying here was completely effortless and stress free and was thoroughly enjoyable. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach (where we headed out to almost every evening to catch the sunset). If you don't have a car, then the bus stop is just round the corner near the supermarket and you can get into town or up to La Jolla easy enough with the public transport. There are also bikes available to use to get around on as another option. Alisa and Darren are superb hosts, they really go out of their way to help you out and make you feel at home and are always available by phone or email if you need anything. I can highly recommend staying here (and have already done so!), we will definatley be staying with Darren and Alisa again when we are next in PB (Pacific Beach).

  Our stay at this Pacific Beach studio was magnificent! The owners of the studio were very friendly, helpful, and great at accommodating every one of our needs. They even went beyond accommodating us by accommodating our pets! Our dog had separation anxiety, and they helped comfort him while we were gone at the beach or the zoo. The studio is even better than what the pictures describe. The wood floors, renovated kitchen, renovated bathroom, comfortable bed, and TV with a great sound system are just a few of what the studio has to offer. It is very close to the beach; the beach is spectacular! It is close to almost everything in San Diego, and it is very close to La Jolla, the San Diego Zoo, and Seaworld. We enjoyed the beach studio so much that we are already booked for a second time to go to this magnificent beach house.

  This was my first time a vacation rental and it did not disappoint! It was easy to find and she even sent pictures if what the entrance would look like so you could not miss it. It was so close to the beach. Alisa was so helpful and was there to get you anything you needed. The studio was just like the pictures but better with a new nice TV and a remote that ran everything you could want. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a great meal! We needed an extra bed and Alisa brought over two more beds to choose from for my daughter. The bikes and the boogie boards were a nice thing to have and got used often! We did not want to leave! The shower was amazing with multiple shower heads and steam room. Everything was within walking distance that you could need and it was close driving distance to La Jolla and Sea world! We could not have asked for a better stay and value than that and we will stay here every year now. We will be recommending this rental to our friends and family so they can come enjoy a great stay just like we did! Thank you so much Alisa and Darren for the great stay and we can't wait to come back again!!!

  Pictures certainly do not do this studio justice....all wood floors, custom bathroom, large screen tv with DVR and tons of channels. This was perfect for my family of 4 and our dog. The beach is literally right down the street and they have beach toys available for use. The owner (Alisa) was very kind and hospitable, she even walked our dog for us every day so we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about her stuck in the studio all day alone! I look forward to returning to San Diego and staying in this adorable and spacious studio again!!!! Thank You for making our stay so memorable!!!!!

  Fantastic place, near Pacific beach, peaceful neighbourhood. We have two children (8 and 12 years old) and it was perfekt place for a family. Very good mailcontact with the owner (Alisa).

  Very cozy romantic getaway place. The location is great especially for people without a car as you are within walking distance from everywhere including the beach. Darren and Alisa are very hospitable and will do everything for you to make your stay pleasant. We had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation. Darren even gave us a ride to the airport in his 1964 convertible classic. We had a wonderful time and won't forget those precious memories.

  I stayed at this lovely beach studio with my two young kids and my dog Wolfie. It made a perfect home away from home. Easy going owners, stress free arrival, well located, and clean space made for a great stay. Thank you Alisa for sending me the toy my daughter left! We will return.
