This beautiful new home is right on the bay and has postcard-perfect harbor views inside and out. The house has three large decks (one is covered), is filled with light and always catches gentle breezes off the water. There are 7 public tennis courts right across the street and Fantasy Island--the only amusement park on LBI--is a short walk or bike ride away. Grab breakfast or the evening's dinner at one of the best gourmet and fresh seafood market on the island--Pearl Street Market - just one block away.
Spend the day at the beach, play tennis, kayak or bike and then relax (while the kids crab or fish right below!) as you watch the sun set over the bay. Grill the day's fresh catch on the deck and then gather friends and family around the large outdoor dining table--summer beach living at it's best! This home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a refreshing outdoor shower, central AC and has a great room with cathedral ceilings.
Every room has a ceiling fan! There's also a second living room/den (with a pull-out sofa bed)on the second floor that opens onto the covered veranda. Both the master bedroom and guest suite have private baths; the guest suite opens onto the veranda too. It has wonderful amenities such as a built-in BOSE sound system throughout the house and on the decks, 4 flat screen televisions, DVD players and WI-FI internet.
Built and furnished for easy living, the house is spacious, elegant and uncluttered. Guests have full use of 2 kayaks, 3 "beach cruiser" bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and 4 beach badges. We welcome adults (over 25, with drivers' license) and families.
Long Beach Island Information: LBI has been ranked as one of the top beach areas in the United States. There is a vast selection of wonderful restaurants and shops -- "downtown" Beach Haven is walking distance away. The beaches are family oriented and the sand is soft. You will park your car for the week, as bikes and walking are the Beach Haven preferred means of transportation. There is sport fishing, parasailing, shopping, miniature golf, ice cream, live theatre and outdoor concerts -- all within a walk or short bike ride away.

About the owner: We are siblings who inherited the house from our parents. We have spend our summers on LBI since we were young children
Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven:
The property has been in our family since the mid '70's. 5 years ago we decided to tear down the previous home and rebuild our dream home. We spent our summers there playing tennis, waterskiing, kayaking, clamming and entertaining friends - experiences that we want our children and future grandchildren to have as well.
