This exquisite townhome is ideally located at the front of the Red Hawk Townhome complex allowing for easy access to all of the amenities at Red Hawk Lodge. You can step right out the back door to the year-round heated pool and and spas and enjoy views of the skiers coming down to the base of River Run. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, cable TV and DVD player. The second bedroom features two twin beds and cable TV, so this is perfect for families traveling with kids. They will love building snow forts in the backyard! Enjoy the added convenience of having a washer and dryer in the townhome.
In the living room, you can relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy cable TV with DVD player. The living room TV is loaded with hundreds of Netflix instant play movies. The couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 more people. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and slate floors. Four people can also eat at the kitchen bar. There is a Vonage phone with free long distance for all domestic and most international calls.
You can sit on the spacious deck and watch the skiers come down the mountain. The many windows and the deck will allow you to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains. Relax and enjoy watching skiers come down the main run for the River Run base area from the deck. Walk down the bike path to the gondola and ski school, which are approximately 75 yards away from this townhome. It is also just a short 3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find groceries, restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
Red Hawk Townhome guests can enjoy all of the amenities at Red Hawk Lodge. Built in 1999, Red Hawk Lodge has a year-round heated pool and two, 8-person hot tubs that are used exclusively by Red Hawk Lodge guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities. Ski lockers are also located on the bottom floor of the building to store all of your equipment.

We loved the condo! Walking distance to River Run gondola! Saved money by eating most of our meals in the condo! Easy walk back for lunch and dinner waiting for us in the crock pot after skiing all day! 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom meant our kids each had their own bed! Great!Did you find this review helpful? Amazing location. Central to everything we wanted, views of the mountain, steps from the bike path, we didn't even have to use a parking garage because we had one outside the unit! We enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk TH 2340. It's in a great location. Short walk to the gondola and to River Run Village. Not far to shopping and restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne. The townhome was snug, roomy and quite clean. Perfect for our family of 6. The fully-equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer made it extra convenient for a longer stay. Our family truly enjoyed the experience we had this year at Keystone. The townhome was really nice and comfortable for all. The views and location of this townhome were perfect. It was our teenage boys 14 & 17 first time here and they had a blast. We would rent through Summit County Mountain Retreats again next time and request this townhome. My husband, myself and 3 of our good friends (all young professionals) very much enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhouse worked great. It was clean and cozy. The flat screen, speaker system, and cable were great additions. We will definitely be staying with SCMR again.
