This 5 bedroom condo has a different theme for each bedroom. The condo is 2,500 square feet of usable area. The Fish room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, it is the largest bedroom and has a Jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroom. The bunk room has two bunk beds with single beds on top and futon doubles on the bottom, it shares the master bath with a walk through closet or other bathrooms based on individual arrangements. The Texas room has two double beds with an attached bathroom. The Southwestern room has a queen bed and has an attached bathroom, The Ski room has a queen size bed and is the only bedroom downstairs. It does not have its own bathroom. The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use and is entered through the Ski room. Every bedroom has its own TV with cable and a VCR / DVD player.
The family room has the largest TV with surround sound.
The dining room table can seat 14, but 12 is a more comfortable seating style. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking. The refrigerator has an ice maker. All appliances are less than 6 years old. There is a half bath downstairs next to the kitchen.

Why the Owner Chose Red River:
Our family has always enjoyed our vacations in Red River more than other vacations. When this large condo became available we became excited about creating a family retreat location. Our large family with grandchildren can gather and enjoy each other. Some prefer the winter activities while some enjoy the summer activities the most. Red River will keep everyone doing something they enjoy the entire time they are in Red River.
