The house is situated on a 16,000 square foot lot abundant with foliage and fruit trees. It is the only residence on the lot, making privacy and quiet one of the hallmarks of this property. Accommodations for four people are comfortably met. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom, and sliding glass doors opening on to a private large deck. The second bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bathroom.
