The difference between the floors, is the top floor has a wall and doorway that separates the Bedroom from the Living Room/Kitchen. The downstairs is essentially one continuous room. There is a curtain that can be drawn to afford some privacy between the Bedroom and the Living Room. The top floor can sleep up to 4 persons, utilizing the Queen Size Bed in the bedroom and a Full Size Futon in the Living Room.               Weekly rates quoted are for a 7 night stays with maid service every other day. Holiday rates are for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks There are no additional fees/service charges or taxes charged. Monthly Rates are quoted upon request. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please send an email inquiry!
              50% of the Rental Fee is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent for the time period you had confirmed. The remaining 50% of the Rental Fee is due upon arrival. Also due upon arrival is a $250.00 Security Deposit. This Security Deposit is refundable at departure after a check of the property. Accepted Forms of Payment: ~ 50% of the deposit is payable with Cashiers Check or Money Order. ~ The remaining Rental Fee is payable with U.S. Dollars or Costa Rican Colones. ~ The security deposit is payable with U.S. Dollars or Costa Rican Colones to ease in the refund procedure.
