  This was our second stay at Pineapple Villa and once again we had a wonderful time. The golf course/mountain view is beautiful; we could sit and look at it all day but the beach club calls! We love the beach club with its calm waters, great snorkeling, comfortable beach lounges, and lovely view. The villa is very clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We had to go to another island for two days to visit a relative and we couldn't wait to get back "home" to Pineapple Villa. There are many restaurants nearby and we explored the many beaches that are close by. The location is the best as it is almost always sunny on the Kohala Coast. We highly recommend the Pineapple Villa.

  My family and I spent nearly two weeks at Pineapple Villa last Christmas and we had a fantastic time. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed; it was like home away from home. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was complete down to the seasonings, the location was perfect, and my kids loved the books & games. The beach club had incredible snorkeling and was a great place to spend the say. This was our fourth trip to Mauna Lani and we are definitely going back- to Pineapple Villa that is.

  Stayed at Pineapple Villa for a week and it definitely was not long enough!! This is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. There is everything one needs for a great vacation and more stocked in the Villa--beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler to keep drinks cool at the beach. The kitchen also is fully stocked so can really make yourself home there. It is great sitting out on the lanai in the morning drinking coffee and watching the golfers and then enjoying grilling on the lanai in the evening for dinner. The complex pool is close to this unit and it is a great pool with plenty of chairs. The access to the beach club is a huge plus. Went there a couple of times a day--a nice calm beach with great snorkeling. There is a ton of space in the Pineapple Villa--great for a family as a fully stocked play area with lots of toys. Definitely plan on staying here again!

  We stayed at Pineapple Villa for the whole month of May and hated to leave when it was over. The villa is very comfortable and the view was outstanding. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable - the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we wanted to pack it and bring it home. The Beach Club was outstanding. The water was calm and the snorkeling was great. We ate at the Beach Club restaurant a number of times and it was very good. We walked to the Mauna Lani Hotel a couple of times at lunch time and enjoyed lunch there, too. The Golf Villas are a 10 minute drive to Hapuna Beach which we enjoyed, also. The pool at the Golf Villas was always warm and very picturesque. Everyone in our family agreed it was the best vacation ever.

  We have been going to the Big Island a few times a year for the past 5 years. We love the Mauna Lani area as it is quiet, beautiful and gets little rain. The Pineapple Villa is our destination of choice from now on--and we have stayed at many places! Our children LOVED the playroom (as did we), the 2 beds in 1 of the guest rooms was ideal for them and the master was wonderful. Had a lanai as well and very large master bath. The very well equipped kitchen and the large living area (lots of books) were ideal with great views of the volcanoes and golf course. Easy walk to the wonderful pool and then best part of it all is the Beach Club--incredible snorkeling (the coral is amazing) off a private beach, great food. Great walks from the Beach club past the ponds too (fun to feed the eels at night!). The Pineapple Villa was referred to us by a family we met on our last trip. Now we know why they loved it so much! Anxious to go back!

  This villa is an excellent choice to stay and enjoy Big Island. Very close to the beach with private access and parking. Grocery store is also nearby. Besides these conveniences, the villa itself is a wonderful place to spend mornings and evenings in lanai. Very clean and spacious with all necessary amenities and more. And for us, the most important, it is very quiet and relaxing.

  Excellent! It could not have been better. Our daughter loved the playroom, the beach access was better than expected and the kitchen was better equiped that mine at home. It really is a lovely place and we will hopefully return soon.

  This is the place you want! It is very spacious, shiny clean, beautiful and yet comfortable and kid-friendly. The loft is crammed with toys and games for toddlers to adults - a real delight for our young granddaughter. The large master suite is beautiful with a large bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are lots of perks - a lovely pool that is ideal for children, the use of the garage, snorkel and beach toys for the lovely resort you will have access to. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby, including a fine grocery. The setting is gorgeous and serene. If you're looking for privacy, peace, and quiet, you won't be disappointed. We received efficient and friendly communication from the owners and the rates are very reasonable for all that is offered. We loved EVERYTHING about this villa!

  We loved the Pineapple Villa! The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice, this place is big and beautiful and grants you access to the wonderful Mauna Lani Beach Club which has an excellent semi-private beach and is a great snorkeling spot with multiple varieties of coral and fish. Our 2 year old loved the toy room. We stayed during a new moon, and the backyard is great for stargazing on clear dark nights, the Milky Way band looked like a bright cloud in the dark night sky. Alison the owner and Justine the property manager were real pleasures to work with. We hope the Pineapple Villa is available on our next Big Island vacation!
