  We arrived at this home on Friday afternoon with eight adults and two toddlers. The house as more incredible than it looks in the pictures and is beautifully appointed. One of our favorite features are the porches overlooking the lake and the lovely views. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the porches - we even ate meals out there! My family of two adults and two kids was able to stay in the bottom floor, as there are three bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms downstairs. It was perfect to keep the kids in their own space for sleeping but be with the rest of the family too. We didn't need it, but the master on the bottom floor even has a crib, a pack-n-play, and a toddler bed if the "big kids" room is too big for your little ones. The kitchen was great and had all the tools we needed to make some great meals, and we love the grill on the porch. The porch was equipped with a full-sized picnic table and a toddler picnic table, as well as rocking chairs (both big and small) and a swing. Great! We utilized the pool every day and it was nice to have a place to just relax and come back to when the kids needed a break. The home was complete with wifi and electronics such as TVs and blue ray players for us to enjoy a well. We would absolutely stay here again and loved the opportunity. Thanks to the great owners for such a wonderful spot!

  We've had very good luck renting through VRBO and this year was exceptionally good. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with, and responded quickly when we had a question or needed help. The house is very well-maintained and was a perfect fit for our extended family of two grown daughters and their husbands and our four grandsons. They younger folks used the pool and hot tub extensively, and all of us enjoyed the three levels of porches overlooking Lake Hamilton. They were a great location for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We hope to return next year.

  This house was actually better than the listing proclaimed. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and the home was perfectly maintained. There really is a TON of room here, both for individual private time (beds, baths) and large common areas (living room, rec room, kitchen..). Our group of 12 girls was able to spread out, and we could all get ready to go to eat at the same time. The hot tub was fabulous, and once the sun came out, we used the pool too! The location is nice. Somewhat secluded feeling, but still with pretty lake views. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Lake Hamilton/Hot Springs, and I hope to return for another trip in the future. As for things to do: You should definitely eat at Central Park Fusion. They were incredibly welcoming of our big group, service was great, and the food was amazing. Perhaps the best steak I've EVER had. No kidding.

  Located on Lake Hamilton is this gem of a house perfect for a family vacation. To say the pictures do not do this house justice is a gross understatement and no other homes around it can rival its magnificent appeal. The views from the balconies, as well as the lower level deck, are beautiful, the house was very well kept and spacious enough for our family of 13. The large swimming pool provided much enjoyment during the heat of the day and the hot tub was a delight at night. Only a few exits away you will find shops and restaurants in abundance and even closer the biggest Wal-Mart ever is just down the road. The owner is easy to reach, very pleasant to work with, and very helpful in answering all your questions. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this house to others! Book It Now!!!!

  We stayed this past week for a few days, the entire family had a wonderful time - This is a great place to stay, relax by the pool and watch the sunset. We are already planning to return next summer - Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay :)

  This house was very comfortable and beautiful. The owners were very accomodating. We were not able to enjoy the lake due to the weather, but the views were awesome. I would love to return in the near future.

  We just returned to Tulsa late this afternoon afterstaying at this property for the weekend with all our family from Oklahoma and Arkasnas. The pictures does not do the detail and beauty of this house. We had everything in the house we needed. If was extremely comfortable. We are working on trying to pick a date for this coming summer to stay here again. I do not think anything else would be the same now. This past Saturday was a perfect day to sit on the deck and enjoy the swing and rocking chairs. I would recommend this property and any other house that they own. We actually had a house over on Lakeshore drive also with the same owners. My sons thought it was the greatest house ever. Thank you.

  This place is top notch...12 were in our group and we never got in each others way...very comfortable and the pics do not do it justice...you have to see to fully appreciate it....everthing was clean and very pleasant..we would recommend it totally...the owners are very pleasant to work with as well....
