This beautiful top floor condominium is located just steps to the beach (with no streets to cross), on quiet Rodney Avenue in the heart of Dewey beach, where is beach is less crowded.
This clean, bright, open, airy, and freshly painted condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Enjoy your coffee while relaxing on the balcony or the perfect spot for evening cocktails while taking in the Ocean AND Bay views.
The fully stocked eat-in kitchen has amazing open views, valted ceilings, two story windows, mounted flat screen TV, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water/ice dispenser, stove, microwave, dishwasher, built in breakfast bar, wine rack and... Washer & Dryer.
The wide open loft is great place to watch the sun rise in the morning, read a book during the day, or watch a movie at night.
The large master bedroom has a high-end, pillow-top queen size bed, ocean views and plenty of space.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bed.
Both bedrooms contain flat screen TVs, iPod docking stations, and new furniture.
The two spacious bathrooms both have gorgeous granite counters and beautifully tiled showers.
Park your car(s) in your two personal private parking spots, walk to anything in Dewey or take a short "Jolly Trolley" ride to Rehoboth Avenue/Boardwalk. Extra parking spots available if needed.
We rent weekly--Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Rental umbrellas & chairs, plus hot dogs, soda, water, snacks, fresh fruit sold on the beach at the beach stand, plus the very popular Water Ice golf cart that patrols the spacious wide open beach.
Owners are meticulous to details to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Dewey!

We are (now) a "party of five" who love Dewey Beach! This is the third property we bought in Dewey. We wanted another property on Rodney Avenue...we love Rodney Avenue...it is quiet, very open and not busy. The reason we chose this particular unit is easy...it was the Model unit, it has wonderful views, all the upgrades, and was beatifully furnished. Although it will be awhile, we look forward to retiring in Dewey.

A wonderful, clean place to stay and enjoy the beach! Tastefully decorated. Very convenient to everything you want at the beach- including the ocean and grotto's pizza! My first experience on renting from this wwebsite and would definately rent again from these owners!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This property is great because of its location - it is near the beach, hot spots of Dewey, and the jolly trolly stop to Rehoboth Beach. The condo is beautifully appointed with top notch amenities and extremely comfortable. Having one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs make the property ideal for families with children or two couples vacationing together. We will definitely be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
