  The photos can't capture the wonderful location and feel of this house. It is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The king bed is among the best I've slept in, the showers have good water pressure, lighting is excellent, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the views are stunning. We spent much time just gazing at the lake. The weather ranged from quite hot and muggy to cold and misty, and we were comfortable in the house no matter what. Lisa, the owner, was exceptionally helpful, especially in receiving and transporting some items that had to be shipped ahead of time. All of our communications were handled promptly and reasonably. I researched extensively before deciding on this house, and I am confident that we made the best choice possible for the area. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and am fussy. I would recommend it highly.

  The house was like a second home to us. We felt very comfortable there. The view from the deck and the cold beverages after a long day of riding was so relaxing. Our host was the best. Return here on a scale of 1 to 10 is nothing less than a 10. Thanks so much Lisa! Rick B.

  House was great in everyway. Huge deck, lots of room, and great dock for the boat or swimming. We will be back.

  A great lake house with the whole package. We had grandparents to new babies on this trip and found the property to be suited for all ages. We rented a newer model pontoon boat twice from the marina, played with the paddle boat that comes with the house, swam off the boat dock that has a ladder and enjoyed the new large deck off the back. I can say, we were never bored! The rooms downstairs provided a quiet place for the small children to nap, play and enjoy dvds. The children enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the trees since the upper deck is like a treehouse. I can't say enough good things about this lake house and we are already planning to return next summer!! Lisa thank you

  The floor plan worked perfect with 4 teenage girls. Felt like 2 homes in one. The private swim deck and boat slip was excellent. The internet and data saved us. Great fishing hole! No hidden fees and the owners are a charm! See you soon...

  We came from Scotland to spend time with family living in the area. We stayed at this home for two of our three weeks and loved it! Our children loved having a semi-private space downstairs and we loved being able to sit out on the balcony among the trees watching the boats and jet skis on the lake. Having the boat dock and swim platform was wonderful - our family based their boat there during our stay and we had several great days on the lake. All the kids made good use of the swim platform and the home owners' paddle boat. The house is beautiful - very well equipped and furnished and the owners are kind and helpful. The area made a good base for travelling in North West Arkansas and was handy for getting back to the airport. Beaver Lake is very beautiful and this house must be one of the most attractive properties on it.

  We stayed here at the end of July and although the temprature was close to 100 degreese, it felt like 90 on the back patio due to all mature trees around. The place was lovely, charming and clean. The lake is literally a stones throw away and the shoreline is nice and fairly level so the water is easy to access. Additionally, on one side of the shoreline, there is a small cove where we fished and caught Brim and some large Catfish. The cove is lovely because it is secluded and the other side is cliffs so it feels like your own private cove, which is nice. This is an excellent place to stay and I reccommend it to anyone.   We've had the priviledge to stay at this property twice now. The owners are the best...they try to make the lakehouse just perfect for everyone that stays. Our family has dubbed it "the treehouse," since the view off the back deck gives you the feeling you are living in the trees. It is a first class property that would easily accommodate 3 couples or a couple of families. It has become a "home away from home" for us. The two seperate living areas allow for different taste in TV/DVD viewing to happen at the same time. You can't beat the lakeview from the deck or the shoreline. We'll be going there for many visits to come!

  This property is fantastic, We really enjoyed our stay and felt as though we were right at home. The house had everything we needed and our kids had a lot of fun. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting on the back deck watching all of the boating activity while enjoying our families company. We will continue to go back! Thanks!
