Fully enjoyed our 4 night stay at Ski Hill, great, great location 1 block walk to Main street, 5 - 10min walk to gondola, and short walk at the end of the day from Gondola return run. Kids and I loved the very large hot tub at the end of each day. Unit is very clean, beds comfortable, only change I would recommend is more seating in the family room...with a family of 5, 1 of us had to sit on the floor of family room to watch TV. Otherwise everything great and will certainly return next spring. Thanks Karen!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: I'm glad you had a nice stay. Thank you for the feedback. We are going to refurnish the living room to increase the seating capacity and mount the new flat-screen television. We hope you'll come visit again and check out the new set-up. Chris & Susannah

Although we had a great time in Breckenridge, the condo was somewhat disappointing. It was listed as a condo that sleeps 8. The family room had one average sized sofa and that was it for seating. So, obviously that left many of us without a seat. Pretty disappointing to have to sit on the floor when we paid $400/night. How can you have a condo that holds 8 and only have one couch? Also, bathrooms had Mildew in the showers.Owner response: I'm glad you had a nice stay. Thank you for the feedback. We are going to refurnish the living room to increase the seating capacity and mount the new flat-screen television. We hope you'll come visit again and check out the new set-up. Chris & Susannah

We really enjoyed the condo. My only "complaint" would be that there is limited space in the family room to sit, there is only one couch and not additional love seat or chairs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a very nice, updated unit in a fabulous location. All of the bathrooms have been updated and are the beds were very comfortable. I was amazed at how quiet the unit was-no street noise and I couldn't hear the neighbors. The location is fabulous! We would walk to main street in Breckenridge for dinner - just 2 blocks away. The gondola is also 2 blocks away or you can take the bus out front to Peak 9. There are 2 large bedrooms and a great loft with a queen size bed and bunk beds. I highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo is large with lots of room to spread out and relax. Cozy fireplace and comfy sofa are perfect for a night of playing games or reading. All of the restaurants & shops in town were literally steps away. The location is truly ideal for a Breckenridge vacation. It has modern updates combined with charming ski style. I would recommend this condo for families, couples, etc.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo was clean, well kept and comfortable. The location is great. A short 5 min walk to the Gondola and a return run that lets off a half block away. Main street is 2 blocks away. We walked everywhere. We had 6 adults staying. The size of the condo was fine for us but we were only ever all there at breakfast. If you are planning on staying in most of the time it might start to feel a bit cramped. Other reviewers complained of the TV. I believe they have since updated it as the TV was a flat screen Vizio. We never turned it on so I have to assume it worked fine. This is NOT a 3 bedroom condo though. It is 2 bedrooms and a loft area. Also, the hot tub is communal. I thought it was a private hot tub when reading the description. We did not have a problem with these two things but I was disappointed as I was looking for an actual 3 bedroom with a private hot tub.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was very comfortable for our stay with 3 couples, (though one bedroom is a loft and not very private) It was clean and well maintained. It was great being able to walk to town and to the lifts, which were our key reasons for choosing it. The property manager was excellent and went above and beyond to meet out needs.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The snow conditions were fair, but the weather was great. We enjoyed typical Colorado Blue bird days! The condo is very nice and located perfect to enjoy the slopes and the town by foot. You arrive, park the car and forget about driving. The buses to the resort are two blocks away and the main drag in Breckenridge is also about two or three blocks away. We had a great time, even though the snow conditions could be better. I will definitely return to this condo and YES I do recommend staying here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I have stayed at this condo multiple times and I have loved every experience there. It is perfect for groups and families of all sizes and is very convenient both for skiing trips and during the summer months too! My wife and I really find the place charming and the access to the hot tub and pool makes for a very relaxing getaway. Sleeping accommodations are comfortable and the place is cozy and clean. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to relax in a convenient and beautiful location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I've stayed at this condo many times and enjoyed each visit. This seems like a little thing but it's very helpful to be able to access the unit by taking the elevator to either the 2nd or 3rd floor. Bringing in luggage for those sleeping upstairs couldn't be easier! The modern kitchen has everything you could possibly need to whip up a meal-lots of cookware, dishes, and kitchen gadgets, let alone plenty of counter space. Two bedrooms and a loft that sleeps up to another four people has provide everyone in my group(s) a comfortable bed. With three full bathrooms, everyone can easily shower and prep for the day. As for relaxing, I love the hot tubs! They are perfect after a long day outdoors and I've met many interesting people there. The condo has a 47" flat screen TV and the owners keep plenty of DVD's on hand. Warm fires and a movie are just the ticket sometimes! Other nights, I've enjoyed the quick walk to Main St.for dinner and/or drinks with friends. It's a great location and I recommend this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is a beautiful location with a warm fireplace that makes you feel at home while on vacation. The winding staircase is reminiscent of old days and the location is walking distance to the slopes and downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Place was exactly as advertised. Great location (one block from middle of Main Street which allowed easy walking access to all of Main Street). Short walk to the gondola and ski bus also stopped very close to the unit. Loved having three full bathrooms. For a group of 5 it was the perfect place. The unit could certainly sleep 8 comfortably, however, the living room and kitchen may be cramped with a party of 8. Only negative was the living room tv. While I was not in Breckenridge to watch tv, I did want to watch a college football game and the tv was un-watchable for sporting events. I will definitely look for this unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Our party of 10 stayed in this condo March 16-20, 2012. I hope this review will be helpful to others considering this specific condo. What this condo offers: It is comfortable, cozy and has basic furnishings It is very close to downtown Breck and is an easy 5 minute walk to the Peak 8 gondola It has covered parking with a parking pass for one vehicle. We had two vehicles and while there are signs regarding vehicles without a parking pass being towed; we didn't have an issue. The hot tub on site is clean and spacious and works great What this condo doesn't offer: It is NOT a luxury condo. We have stayed at several condos in Breck during the summer and winter which were all nicer than this one. The family room and kitchen are very small and there is one outdated TV in the entire unit.. While we didn't visit Breck to watch TV, it would have been nice to have a modern TV to watch the NCAA basketball tournament games in the evening. It is NOT Ski in/Ski Out, however, it is an easy walk to the Peak 8 Gondola Overall it met our needs and was a good value for the busiest week of the ski season. We can't say enough positive things about skiing in Breck. Everyone on the mountain including ski rental , ski patrol, ski instructors, ski school and ticket booth personnel were kind, responsive and went out of their way to be helpful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

this condo is average. It is not ski out, you have to walk around 500 yes to the gondola across a road, ok if you have teenagers but not god for young kids. The finishing ar older, but the boardgames were good.Recommended for: Families with teenagers

Stayed here on a weekend getaway. It was exactly what we could have hoped for! It's a great location, just a few minutes from Main St. where you find all of the bars, restaurants and shopping. We ate at some amazing restaurants and had a great time walking around town! It seemed like the condo was decorated with care and it felt really home-y. Everything was in working order, the beds were comfy and we had a great time cooking in the kitchen! It has some extra nice touches, including a breakfast nook and little patio. We definitely utilized the outdoor hot tub! It was nice that it wasn't far from the unit. No doubt that we would definitely stay here again, and hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was advertised very truthfully on the VRBO site, which is a huge plus. We went to Breck to ski, and our experience was great. Location Although it's advertised as ski in/out, it's not exactly what I'd call ski in/out, although it's very close. From our condo, the equipment rental shop was a 2 minute walk. In the morning, the gondola which takes you up to Peak 7 or Peak 8 was a 5 minute walk. At the end of the day, you take a green run (4-o-clock) all the way into town and it lets out onto Park St., a 3 minute walk to the condo. And to get to bars, restaurants, shopping, it's just a couple of minutes walk to Main St. Great, great location. Amenities The condo is nice enough, and everything was in working order. All the beds were comfortable enough and the living/dining/kitchen were fine too. Nothing spectacular, but good enough for the price we paid and the location. The outdoor hot tub was nice and wasn't too far from the unit. The only semi-complaint I have is that the water heater is probably undersized for 3 full baths. It was a smaller water heater than I have at my house that is two full baths. Anyway, that's almost to be expected on a ski trip, so plan to space out your showers a bit. We would definitely stay here again. It's tough to find a good location in Breck with easy access to the mountain AND the town, but this one does it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
