What a beautiful beachfront paradise! Enjoy our condo in one of the most luxurious buildings in Panama City Beach. Located on the 14th floor of the Palazzo, it has spectacular views of white sandy beaches and crystal clear emerald waters. Looking out onto the turquoise waters either through floor-to-ceiling windows or from the oversized balcony makes you feel as if you were alone on a ship in the middle of the ocean.
THE RESORT
Palazzo Resort is a new condominium building on the west side of Panama City Beach in North West Florida. It is situated on the gorgeous Gulf Resort Beach, to the west. Since this area only has a few hotels and condo buildings, the beaches here are far less crowded than those beaches to the east, which means far enough from all the hustle and bustle yet conveniently located to all the great amenities.
Palazzo Resort is also one of the smaller apartment buildings with only 129 condos on 17 floors (compare to the typical, larger high rise condos in Panama City Beach) making it more calm, quiet and private. This pristine and refined facility features a well-equipped fitness center with ocean view and meeting/event /game room, an exquisite elevated pool (seasonally heated), an oversized hot tub and sun deck area overlooking the beach. Gas grills and picnic area are available for guests on remarkably landscaped grounds. Beach access via wooden deck with outdoor showers and a lovely tiled decorative water feature as well as beach chair and umbrella rental.The elegant ocean front lobby located above the parking level on the 5th floor has plenty of seating and Wi-Fi. The wonderful concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable. 24-hour security, gated covered parking exists on the first four floors, each with direct access to three high speed elevators. Extra parking for overflow or guests located across the street.
OUR CONDO
Our immaculate condo has an open, spacious and airy floor plan of 1,345 square feet with two bedrooms and a bunk bed area. Newly renovated, with spanish ceramic wood tiles all over.
The master bedroom and living room have ocean view and direct balcony access through floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The upgraded, more than fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and also breathtaking ocean views as does the breakfast bar and dining area with expandable dining table for up to eight.All rooms are professionally decorated in a sophisticated, comfortable and inviting manner. They include contemporary upscale furnishings with a coastal twist. They also feature state of the art electronics including three LCD HDTVs, IPOD cradle, DVDs, Broadband and Wi-Fi internet connection as well as radio alarm clocks in bedrooms.
Sleeping accommodations for up to six persons consist of a king size bed in master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guestroom and two single beds in separate bunk bed area. The master bathroom includes a large jetted tub with ocean view when the door to master bed room is open as well as a walk-in-shower, two separate sinks and an enclosed toilet. Guest bath features a bath tub.
The most delightful spot in our condo is without doubt the extra-large large balcony with stunning beach and ocean views and dining furniture for six persons including two reclining lounge chairs.
EXTRA AMENITIES
For your convenience, local and unlimited long distance phone calls in the US as well as internet connection are free of charge. We also provide for you four portable beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels as well as cleaning supplies such as dish detergent and dish washer liquid. A small supply of shampoo and soap and a hairdryer is available.
ACTIVITIES
The selection of activities is quite impressive: entertainment, restaurants, shops, sport activities etc. The brand-new airport is only 10 miles away, a $25 cab ride. Within walking distance (either on the street or along the beach) you can find the beautiful new "Pier Park", a delightful, pedestrian-friendly area with lots of outdoor shopping including department stores such as Dillard’s and Target, shops such Old Navy, Marshalls etc. Dining includes amongst many others one of the only three Munchner Hofbrauhaus in the USA and Jimmy Buffet’s Margaretville. And not to forget Starbucks Coffee and Panera Bread. There is a large (16) movie theater, an amusement park with rides and even a little train rolling through the village of “Pier Park”.
Across the Palazzo, you’ll find a large, well-stocked “Winn Dixie” grocery store and a “CVS” drug store for your convenience in case you don’t have a car. Also, an inexpensive trolley service makes it easy to ride up and down along the beach to visit other Panama City Beach areas. Scooter and golf car rentals also available across the street.
The activities in Panama City Beach include dolphin watching, fishing, Jet Ski, parasailing, go-carts, biking, tennis, golfing, miniature golf and many more. Palazzo is also close to the Frank Brown Sports Complex, a great outdoor recreation facility offering playgrounds, picnic areas, saltwater fishing pier etc. and hosting many special events and tournaments throughout the year.
Destin is only 35 miles away with much more shopping and a large outlet mall.

From making the reservations and until we departed everything went smoothly. The condo was excellently prepared for our arrival. It was clean, comfortable, and well decorated - it felt a little like being home. The owners were great to work with and we would call them first when going to Panama City Beach again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We love the view! We could not only see the water and the beach but we could see dolphins and rays from the balcony. We have stayed at this condo twice. We were not disappointed. Everything looks like the pictures shown. Sean and Christine are wonderful hosts. The beds here are the most comfortable ever. Plenty of space and well equipped. We highly recommend Palazzo.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband AND I celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary at this beach condo. We had a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach while staying in your beautiful condo. We visit PCB every October, and this is the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in during our visits. We especially liked the lower volume of people on the beach due to the location of the Palazzo. Spectacular sunsets and dolphins everyday. Our family has vacationed in PCB many times, and this condo by far exceeded our expectations! The owners have included so many little extras that make this place as comfortable as possible. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Christine and Sean were wonderful in going above and beyond the "normal" condo owner. I was impressed all around with all aspects of this property! We spend 4 nights in June, It was our second stay at this condo. Both times it did not disappoint, very well decorated and relaxing. Well maintained, great view, private parking garage. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to unwind and relax. Great stay! The listing description and photos are 100% accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. Condo is very well decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly want. Christine and Sean really go above and beyond to treat you as a special guest, not just a "renter". They truly make you feel at home. The Palazzo itself is quiet and well maintained. The walk to the beach is very easy. Also, even though I was there during one of the busiest weeks of the year, I never had a long wait for the elevators. I've never stayed in a condo before and not had lengthy wait times for elevators during July 4th week. The only down side to the Palazzo would have to be the parking garage. While I like that it is covered and underneath the building, it is a very tight squeeze if you're driving a larger car or SUV. I would highly recommend using the overflow lot right across the street on ground level. It is a very short walk and sure beats scraping your car in the garage. Other than that, my visit was perfect and I will definitely rent from Christine and Sean again. We loved our time in this condo. Sean and Christine are fantastic, and they have truly gone out of their way to provide all the special touches that make it a memorable vacation home. There is everything you need to enjoy the beautiful beach and all it has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: Since we both work for an airline flying around the globe, we were looking for a beach vacation home that we could reach by car, if we do not want to fly. Panama City Beach was close enough and we were amazed by the beauty of the Emerald Coast. The best thing though is, if we do fly, we do not need a car there at all. Everything is so close and convenient. The airport is only a 10-minute ride, and a $25 cab fare. A large grocery and drug store are across from our building, and Pier Park is only a beautiful 25-minutes walk away along the beach. We have seen many beaches around the world but the Florida Emerald Coast definitely has some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world, white sugar sand and turquoise waters as far as one can see. We can't get enough of it. We love it! It's time to share it with you!

We are so happy at Palazzo. We chose this condo resort because it is smaller than all the other huge buildings at the beach away from all the hustle and bustle of the mega resorts. It is very well built and luxurious, it gives a feeling of a real upscale resort, more peaceful, private and intimate. Yet, all the amenties, shopping and restaurants are so close by. Perfect!
