No need to peer around any corners or strain the eyes to see the ocean from this two-bedroom condominium. Those beautiful rolling waves are straight ahead.
Situated in the middle of the Summer House grounds, this third-floor unit’s proximity to the pool and beach couldn’t be better. It’s also close to many of the resort’s other popular amenities, such as the Links Golf Course.
The condo’s layout is simple and effective. The living room and master bedroom face the ocean and have an adjoining balcony. The dining area and kitchen are set back from the living room but offer unobstructed views out the beachfront windows. Meanwhile, the second bedroom occupies the resort end of the unit.
Pink accents amid light-colored walls and neutral floors create a bright and cheerful décor. Comfortable sofas face a flat-screen TV in the living room. In the dining area, a white table is bordered by six chairs. Upgrades in the kitchen include granite countertops and a stainless-steel oven.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated in blue and yellow hues and have connecting bathrooms. The master has a king bed and dual vanities. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Included with this unit is complimentary high-speed Internet.
