The entire villa was recently renovated and features brand new appliances, carpet and furnishings. Professionally managed and cleaned. The villa is an upper level flat, end unit, with a huge wrap-around deck. It's located toward the back of the complex which means it is quiet and much more private than other units in Beachwalk. The beach is a short walk away. Beachwalk features a large outdoor pool with lots of lounges and a huge deck (partly sunny and partly shaded).
In addition to the beach, enjoy all of the activities that Hilton Head has to offer. Shipyard plantation boasts 27 holes of golf, or you can play a different world-class course each day. The renowned Van Der Meer tennis center is just across the street. Rent bikes for the family (discounts are available from the rental company); there are miles of shaded bicycle trails covering most of Hilton Head Island.
The master bedroom alone is larger than most hotel rooms and has a queen bed, an oversize shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Both bedrooms have overhead fans. The living room has a new love seat and a sofa that pulls out to a new queen sized sleeper. There's a 42 inch flat screen TV and we provide cable television.
The new kitchen has new stone counters and a breakfast bar. All new stainless appliances - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Stocked with anything and everything you need for your stay. Our pictures say it best!

This villa is tucked away toward the back of Beachwalk, making it ideal. It's a quick walk to the beach and a few minutes drive away from dining, grocery and shopping at Coligny, the Courtyard and the Village at Wexford. For a quick meal in try Bravo pizza or head out to A Lowcountry Backyard, Crazy Crab or Fiesta Fresh for a great meal every time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Why Beach Walk:
We live in Virginia but love Hilton Head and the Savannah area. Once we retire, we hope to spend most of our time in Hilton Head. Beachwalk is busy in the summer season and all the villas in the complex are full almost every week, but the Spring and Fall are great times to visit -- great weather, quiet, relaxed and no need to wait for restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Beachwalk is a great location. We love our villa because it is toward the back of the complex, so it is quiet and secluded. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to the pool but far enough away to avoid the noise. There is so much to do at Beachwalk but it's also a great place to do nothing -- simply relax.
