Want to relax at night and play all day and evening? And why rent a 2 bedroom when a 1 bedroom will do for less. All new kitchen with granite countertops and rustic hickory cabinets. Condo is perfect for a couple or with a couple of small children. Treehouse has a $2M Clubhouse that has everything! This is a great condo in the wooded Wildernest subdivision above Silverthorne. Views of Buffalo Mountain and Keystone from balcony and bedroom. Mostly intended for ski, hike and bike for visitors with a one to two week vacation period or holiday weekends. We use it every other week during ski season, but are flexible so if you are looking for a last minute place, be sure and send us an e-mail. It has 569 square feet well designed for maximum use plus a balcony and adequate unassigned parking. There is a coin laundry room in the lower level, and this unit is on the second level. This large complex's Guest Clubhouse has everything - swimming, sauna, three hot tubs, pool tables, racquet ball court, exercise room, ping pong, video games, rentable kitchen and bar area, elevator and lounge area. Great for the family. Property is about two hours west on I-70 with six ski resorts - Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckinridge, Arapahoe Basic, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek within 15 to 45 minutes. Six tourist towns are also within 15 to 45 minutes away. You'll love it winter or summer! Bus service to Silverthorne and most of the ski resorts right outside your door.

Year Purchased: 1986
We are a retired couple who bought this unit to use for skiing and thought we would own it for about 5 years but here we are 26 years later still skiing and loving it. We just put in an all new kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, tile floor in kitchen and bath and travertine tile fireplace surrouns. We have renewed and updated a couple of times now and still enjoy it both winter and summer. We use it ourselves about every other weekend so it is not always available but we do switch our dates sometimes to accommodate yours. We have cleaning services for quick turnarounds during ski season so come on out. We look forward to having you and your family enjoy our unit.

The owners and guest club houses have game room, hot tub, sauna, pool, and no smoking, no pets. Includes all utilities and no cleaning fee for you. The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our sleeping bags have washable liners and foam floor pads so for family or guests they are almost nicer than pulling out the hideabed because you can throw them on the bed in the daytime and not mess up your living space. Guests love this. The views are truly wonderful and the unit has everything you could want for after ski etc.

Maureen rented this property for four days and had a wonderful time but most rewarding was the fact that we got all of our security deposit back plus an additional $50 for leaving it in clean, rentable condition. I worried that I might not get it back but I did.
