This house is the best of both worlds. A home with all the modern comforts located in a quite, safe, country neighborhood on a dead end road with beautiful views of trees and a year round stream. Beyond the stream are 10 acres of wooded, walkable, state land.

The house has two stories. The first story has a family room with a large fireplace and a big screen TV. The family room has 18 feet of sliding glass doors opening onto a sunroom with two skylights and an L-shaped sitting area. This floor also has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The second story has a living room with two sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa), a dining room and a very large kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and an L-shaped sitting area so you can socialize while you cook. The kitchen has large French doors that open onto a large deck over looking the yard, trees and stream. This level also has the master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV/VCR and its own bath. There is an additional guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kid's room with a single futon, and a full bathroom with a double sink.

The home is very comfortable, filled with warm happy colors, and different styles from French country to modern. Each bed has a duvet cover, feather pillows and cotton sheets. There are separate heating meters in every room and central air in the summer. It is ideal for two families since the upstairs and downstairs feel very separate. You will quickly feel at home here.
